Many interesting quotes from generals concerning a variety of topics. Cohen pulls together five or six quotes on each topic and then puts them together in a helpful way. There are also brief biographical sketches on all those quoted in the book. My copy is a hardback copy.

A good and easy read. Based on important principles applicable to military as well as private/corporate businesses.
