Serena Bloodworthy was bestowed more gifts than the God's have ever given another before her. She failed to keep herself hidden from the tyrant King, and now her worst nightmare has come to life. She might have won the trials, but she lost everything else in the process. Serena must find a way to save the villages from complete and utter war. All while being married to her worst enemy.
The plot was plotting. So many unexpected turns. Not what I expected when I started this ride. One of those stories that stays with you and you need to find out what happens next.
My favorite tropes of mate bonds. Not a fan of the love triangle aspect but hanging on to this roller coaster.

Oh my gosh! This book!! Abby has done it yet again! It has all the banter could ever need, love triangle, plot twist like crazy, why choose trope, has world building in a way that not slow! I love love loved this book! I already miss the characters! I cannot wait to read the next book! Her writing will have you fall in love with a character you swear you hate! I love how it shows the building of not only the relationships but also friendships! This books was amazing, Abby is amazing and now I’ll be sitting down waiting for the next one!!
This story was the perfect continuation of BloodWorthy. There were so many twists and turns in this book that it constantly kept me on the edge of my seat and wanting more and more. The tears I shed in this book, along with the ANGER I felt finding out about the betrayal. I mean I think I went through the 5 stages of grief throughout this book. I just loved everything about it, and I cannot wait for book three because there is just no way I can go on without knowing what happens next 😩. I just love this entire series with everything in me.
ARC review* I quickly dove into this book after finishing Bloodworthy!!!! As other reviewers have mentioned Abby has done it again! She has pulled her audience in and took us for a ride! As Serena's journey continues, we see how she struggles with her new role as Queen. I absolutely loved how the author (Abby Moore) wrote the different internal struggles the FMC was experiencing as she adjusted to her new life and the sacrifices she had to make to get there. We see her compassion she has for her new subjects and the way her people respond to her as their new queen. I cannot wait for the next installment to this series!! In the meantime, I will now go devour the prequel series ( A Court of Unforgiving Gods) because I need MORE!

I LOVED this book!! Abby has done it again and left me in withdrawals. The writing is spectacular and the plot twists were SO unexpected! I am so excited to see where the last book in the trilogy is gonna go. I highly recommend this series as it is SOO good!
As always Abby has written a binge worthy book absolutely worth reading. It had me mad, sad, shocked, & on the edge of my seat flipping the pages to find out what happened next.
If you’re looking for a fun, easy to read romantasy with some spice, look no further. The sarcasm, the banter, all of it, so entertaining! Honestly a wonderful palate cleanser. Loved it!
This series is a slam dunk. Book 2 pick up in a forced marriage of lies and deceit. The king is just the right amount of mess around and find out mixed with a tricksters charm. Can’t wait for book 3 to come out!
This book was sooo good! I love me a good fantasy romance that has some twist and multiple love interest. The characters growth is so good and ugh the plot twist! I literally can not wait to find out what happens next
Omg I thought the first book was good but this one topped it!! The depth of the characters in this book was so amazing, I loved being able to feel like I was truly in their shoes and able to feel what they were feeling. I also love a good little love triangle and the one happening in this book is by far my favorite! Both characters are written so well it’s hard to choose who I want Serena to be with! I was also not expecting the plot twist at the end and OMG I cannot wait to read the next book and see what happens. If you love romantasy please give this book a try!!

The twists and turns really just hit different! Abby has done it yet again and I’m so ready for another book in this series once it comes?? AGH!! LOVE IT!!
After reading Bloodworthy, I had high expectations for Bloodlust and it completely went beyond my expectations. Bloodlust gave me ALL the feels!! The plot twist at the end?! Unbelievable. The character growth throughout the book?! Incredible.
Bloodlust is definitely one of my favorite reads, and I wish it was longer!! Serena’s story is so captivating and all that she has went through and continues to go through is astonishing, truly the strongest FMC I’ve read about in a while.
Although I’m sad about finishing Bloodlust, I’m looking forward to the next book! So many questions that I’m excited to have answers for, but not sure if I’m ready to for the emotional damage 🫣

Bloodlust (book two in the Blood of the Fae series) by Abby Moore absolutely wrecked me—in the best way possible. I loved this book so much, and not just because the story itself is gripping and addictive, but because you can feel the heart and soul poured into every page. The evolution in Abby Moore’s writing is honestly breathtaking. Watching her grow as an author, listening to her readers, learning, adapting, and still staying true to her voice? It’s awe-inspiring. I adore this woman and this author more than I can put into words. The character growth and struggles though… wow. It’s slow, intentional, and so beautifully done. Nothing feels rushed or forced. The evolution happens in a way that feels natural and earned, and it makes you ache for these characters while also rooting for them with your whole chest. AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE UNDERWATER SCENE?! If you know, you KNOW. Hands down my favorite spicy scene I have ever read. Jaw on the floor, full body chills, a phenomenal time. Not only was the spice immaculate, but the act itself and the scenery Abby painted around it? Absolutely stunning. Sensual, immersive, and unforgettable. That said, this book can be heavy. The struggles and events are not always easy to digest, so please check your triggers—but those darker moments add so much depth and emotional weight to the story. And the twists? I fear my heart genuinely cannot take much more of this. Abby does not play fair. Aside from the character death I may never emotionally recover from (looking directly at you, Abby—HOW COULD YOU), this book was so freaking amazing that I will never stop recommending it. Ever. Period. Please do yourself a favor and pick up this series—or honestly, anything by Abby Moore—because OMG. You will not regret it. 🖤🔥
Book two picks up immediately with one pissed-off queen… and Serena makes damn sure everyone knows it. Verbally… physically… she is not holding back.
At some point, King Alwin’s feelings shift. She becomes everything. Home. His reason for existing. And the best part? She has no idea. He doesn’t force it, doesn’t rush her, he lets her feel it all on her own terms, in her own time, in her own way. 🖤
He even allows space for the other roles in her life…her boyfriend, her best friend, her confidante (who all happen to be the same person 😉). He steps back and just… watches her become who she’s meant to be. It’s honestly beautiful in a quiet and devastating way.
But this book? It gets DARK. Like, holy fuck, check your triggers dark. I’m not even going into details, just know it goes there.
And when she claws her way back from one of the darkest places imaginable? The FURY she comes back with… the vengeance… the power? That’s where she truly steps into who she is meant to be. A queen in every sense of the word.
We also get a glimpse of her family; and wow, they are royally screwed UP! 9 ways to Sunday… all puns fully intended.
Her family aside, the FOUND Family dynamic in this book had me not ok but in the BEST WAY. 🥹💕
And in true Abby fashion… it just ends. It’s over. Leaving you desperate and craving more. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I need the 3rd book like I need oxygen. Abby knows what’s she’s doing, she writes these characters so well that we feel all the feelings for them. She writes these books so well with hidden life lessons in them. This girl also knows how to write a surprising ending/cliff hanger. Can’t recommend this series enough
The second book in the Blood of the Fae series had me completely enamored from page one. Serena’s story continues as she faces even more trials, heartbreak, discoveries, and challenges that test her in ways I never expected.
There is so much emotion woven throughout this story—losing family and finding family, discovering what it means to love and be loved by two men instead of one, experiencing incredible happiness alongside devastating pain, and finally finding a place to call home. As Serena learns more about her family and the reasons her life has unfolded the way it has, so many pieces begin to fall into place.
I genuinely could not put this book down. The writing pulls you in and refuses to let go. It will make you laugh, make you cry, break your heart, and somehow piece you back together again.
Serena’s journey is emotional, captivating, and unforgettable. If you haven’t started this series yet, this is a MUST read!
I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOVVVVEDDD THIS BOOK!!! I thought bloodworthy was amazing but THIS!?! Literally was such an amazing book minus the mental damage this book caused me by some events at the end 🤧 but other than seeing Abby Moore clearly want to see her characters go through depression.... Everything else was fantastic, the tension was high, the spice was spicing & the story became more in-depth and a lot of questions were answered that were asked through bloodworthy. I loved how in this book Serena is without her powers so she must go through the struggles of how to live without them, which I found refreshing compared to her being able to do everything. BUT HOLY FUCKING SHIT THE TWIST AT THE END!?! READ THIS BOOK FOR ONLY THAT!!! LIKE IM STILL IN SHOCK FROM IT!!!😭 (but uh... yeah, definitely recommend, 5 stars for sure)
I enjoyed this book even more than the first in the series, and I wouldn't have thought that possible. The relationships are more complex, and as a reader, you are drawn in and pulled along for an epic ride that delivers shocking surprises and tragedies that bring you to tears.
I found myself grudgingly changing opinions I had formed in book one. Characters I thought of as truly evil turned out to not be as bad, but some turned out to be even worse.
Serena proves even more how strong, and compassionate she is, and I enjoyed watching her form friendships and taking care of her people. I was especially fond of the time she took out of her journeys to play with the children in the villages.
The ending was such a shock to my system and I'm seriously bummed that I can't dive right into book 3. I will eagerly be awaiting its publication.
For starters, there’s multiple reasons why I think this series is interconnected with the Blood of the Gods series 👀 which means if I’m right I now need to reread EVERYTHING for Easter eggs because my theories are spiraling 🫠
Also… Sailor was giving me the ick BAD and stressing me out with some of these choices 😭 meanwhile I’m still fully team Wolf, if Serena won’t have him I will although King Alwin is unfortunately growing on me just a little bit like that little 🤏🏼
And that ENDING??? The plot twists were already wild but that final cliffhanger hit me completely out of nowhere and left me staring at my wall questioning everything 🤯 Now I need the next book immediately, which thankfully the novella comes out literally tomorrow 🙏🏼🤌🏻
I would first like to think the Author for sending me an arc copy. Abby Moore is extremely kind. I loved this book thoroughly! Her writing has grown substantially from the first book to this one and you can tell in the way the characters are so developed in the story. The world building was phenomenal. The banter was amazing between the two main characters. I absolutely loved this book and cannot wait to see how the third book ends.

I thought the first book was amazing but this one BLEW ME AWAY!!! The feelings, the love, the bonds had me in all of my feels. The trauma broke my heart in ways I cannot describe. I feel like all of them are a part of my very being now and I cannot wait for the next one. I don’t know if I’ll get to live in this world enough honestly. Abby Moore did it again 🙌🏻
I absolutely loved this series. It pulled me through every emotion possible and kept me fully invested the entire time. The direction this book took completely surprised me especially compared to the first but it made the story even more compelling. I’m not okay being left hanging at this point. I need a third book immediately because that ending is impossible to sit with.
I can’t wait to see where this is going to be taken…. Into the fae lands but whattt is going to happen
Then with her guys… alwin is her mate 🖤but she also has her boyfriend sailor… who Alwin is ok with her having to “explore”
I love sailor but i think the whole mate part of this book is where they shouldn’t share anymore … considering how the mating bond is. But we shall see and I’m very excited!
Literally RAN here from Blood Worthy! This book had me on the EDGE of my seat. Not going to give any spoilers, but OH MY did I not expect how some of these events played out nor the chemistry that developed within her love triangle!
Abby!!! Oh my gosh. My emotions throughout this book had me kicking my feet, sad, mad, excited. Geez. Roller coaster , but in a good way! I loved this so much, even more than Bloodworthy and so excited because BloodLoss just came out!!! Which is perfect bc the ending had me needing MORE.
I knew it!!!! Fuck me i thought i did and thought SJ was the man for me but damn a plot twist and now i need to know who this ends but she left me wanting more. Please hurry up with the next book lol.
