Modern Toss: Another Book: Featuring Mister Tourette

Welcome to the second, superb collection of cheerfully offensive jokes from the demented world of cult cartoonists Modern Toss - a "Viz" for the 21st century.

Fresh from their laugh-out-loud funny Channel 4 TV series, the familiar cast of misguided idiots - Mr Tourette; Alan; the Drive-by Abuser - are joined by a new bunch of fools keen to take a pop. Hand picked from issues 3 and 4 of the comic, this new Modern Toss book pushes the art of cack-handed cartoon drawing to a startling new level. Come and get it, yeah

'Badly drawn, utterly foul mouthed, mean spirited and misanthropic, it's also very, very funny' "Independent on Sunday"

If foul-mouthed, nihlisitic, gutter humour is your bag, then so is this!

Would have given it more stars, but the cartoon's are pretty atrocious (deliberate, I would guess) so to conincide with the general 'degenerative' theme embraced by all at Modern Toss.

I fucked their shed

Reading a book yeah? Reckon you're about half asleep eh? Didn't get half the jokes, ya tit? Fuck off! Be seein ya.

Reminded me of Sam Henderson's Magic Whistle. And Alan is like Milk and Cheese drawn by the spirit of James Thurber channeled through Devvo as the medium. Some of it was culturally over my head and I was barely half-conscious as I read it, but it was still pure enjoyment.
