Adorable comic about one lonely girl and a yeti who runs away from a government testing facility. I really enjoyed the characters in this first issue. And it looks like this series will touch upon more serious issues like poverty, bullying and moving to a new city. Looking forward to issue #2!

If the particular yeti from this book escaped from the government facility, it does say something about the govt facility and the yeti too. But the shadow men are close in their chase so that's something. Wonder if the yeti will stay with Abigail forever or maybe she wouldn't be able to hear or see or communicate with him after some time when she's an adult maybe or an adolescent. Maybe somehow he'll return to Tibet. Don't know how the other yetis will take it though. Maybe that could lead the p ...more

This comic is just too cute! it is the story of Abigail a 9 year old girl with a huge imagination who moves to a small town where she's the new kid at school, and a yeti who runs away from a government testing facility.

Aw. It was cute and I'm glad there will be more. Abigail is adorable and those kids know nothing.
Oh, and you can see Eleanor and Park there, at playground. I'm telling you. ;)

Fancy "snowman", by the way (looks like professor :)). Liked him a lot.
We'll see what #2 brings, because this was definitely an enjoyable read, especially after my nightmarish night.

This comic is just too cute! If your little one wants to start getting into comics, we recommend starting here. Abigail has an over-active imagination, and she's the only one who can see Claude, her abominable snowman friend.

Adorable graphic novel about the budding relationship between a young girl and a Yeti on the run from the government. Whimsical, yet also introduces tougher themes of loss, fitting in, financial struggles, and single parenting. A great book to introduce the younger crowd to graphic novels.

What a refreshing and fun story by Roger Langridge and Boom Studios. Love the art and the light hearted humor between Abigail and Claude the Yeti.
Quite an alternative from the usual "superhero" genre nominally associated with comics.
Such a fun read, and very much looking forward to issue #2.

Saved $3 by borrowing from niece.

Cute comic book. Clean, funny, and safe for kids.
