ARC received from author!

I was smiling ear to ear reading Sunny and Storm and I couldn’t be prouder of my wonderful friend Tanya for writing this junior fiction book, to be released March 2026.

I think this one is going to be a hit with the kids. I was laughing out loud at how silly this was… and that plot twist! Wowza. An absolutely wondermonious read.

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC from the author. I was hooked from the first page - well, first sentence! - I honestly loved it!

It was such a cute, wholesome and nostalgic read, while also being so silly (in the very best way), laugh-out-loud funny and packed with adventure.

I loved the representation and the diverse characters (shout out to Tita Pinky!) and experiences captured in the story. Tanya also captured girlhood and childhood friendships so perfectly and beautifully - I wish Sunny and Storm was around when I was a kid!

I had the chance to read an ARC of Sunny and Storm, and it’s a lovely, heartfelt story with plenty of warmth and charm with so many laugh out loud moments. I was hooked from start to finish, and I can't wait for it to be released so others can enjoy this brilliant piece of work.
