An excellent book about extraordinary teams, how to assemble them, work with them and get brilliant results. It’s a book that should be read by any manager or aspiring leader as it will help you break out of established mindsets around how to get people united and pulling together around a key task and give the best chance of success. The examples the book gives of successful teams down the years are interesting and inspiring in equal measure and serve to better explain the authors’ approach. A really readable and insightful study of teamwork, that works!
