Shelves: first-reads, poetry
Anyone in any stage of their life could find themselves in any one of these poems. I especially related to the authors being female, maturing, motherhood, faith, & raising a child with autism themes. I appreciate the honesty I felt from her in all of these poems.

Using the Cretan labyrinth as an anology, this collection of poems and essays describes the journey of one woman into the person she is today. The themes include motherhood, identity, art, and the never-ending search for the soul. The author does a fabulous job of allowing you an intimate peek at her struggles and triumphs as she wanders the path of her life's labyrinth.
