It was ok, but it felt like they fell for each other way too fast. In my opinion they didn't spend enough time together for them being in love to be all that believable. There was no epilogue. Np.
This book is about a woman seeking the aid of a bounty hunter, because the criminal raped and killed her baby sister's best friend and attempted to rape her baby sister. Because of the incident, her sister was afraid to come out of her room and if she let her sister and parents enter her room, she would lock her door.
Brianna is lead to this bounty hunter Tanner Wolfe's house. His twin cousins directed her to him.
Tanner is a tough bounty hunter, who works alone. Brianna told him that the reward for finding Minnich was $10,000, but since her sister is in the condition that she's in, her father gave her permission to raise the price. She raised it to one million dollars. The catch was that she wouldn't release the money, unless she was the side kick. Tanner objected at first, but then he agreed to let her tag along.
There's a horse in the story that belongs to Tanner's friend, Hawk. Brianna names the female horse chocolate, because of her color. Chocolate is a very familiar name to me. :)
Okay, I don't want to spoil the story for anyone. I just know that this book wasn't grabbing me.
