Another book that would work well to integrate with science, this book would be great for lower elementary. The book follows the growth of a plant, from a peek inside a sprouting seed to the harvest of the fruit. The book suggests ways parents and children can explore and learn from nature. Could be done with a lesson having students grow a plant from a seed, and used to increase students interest in plants.
