Another book in the list of ones that made me laugh out loud! Harley Knight never fails to make me cackle. I loved these characters so much! I thought the relationship developed really well and the plot was intriguing. I really loved Brutus! I cant wait to read the next book!

Perfect blend of sweet and spicy. Cosy small town, cowboy, why choose romance. Oh the laughter! I think Kai is my new favourite MMC - he is unhinged in the best way possible - that body pillow! 🤭 June has a secret - she has been hiding, burying her Omega self with suppressants. But when the rodeo circuit blows into town along with 3 hot cowboys who say she is their scent match, her carefully kept secrets start to fall apart. Perfect easy read which will keep you laughing and swooning throughout. Loved it!

Knot Your First Rodeo is book two in the Wild Hearts Ranch series. The books can be read as standalones though characters do crossover.

This was an excellent sweet/cozy Omegaverse. I was instantly enchanted by the guys, all of whom deserve top book boyfriend status. June is completely and utterly relatable. It’s a delight to see her blossom throughout the story. A huge round of applause for Brutus - a truly magnificent secondary animal character. The books had all the feels and plenty of funny. Highly recommend.

We start off meet June having to go at 2 am to pick up a drunk rodeo cowboy. The meeting between June and Seth is hilarious at different moments. It will have you laughing out loud. I absolutely love June and her personality. She is fun, warm, and caring. She has an independent streak that is a mile wide. We get to then meet Carter and Kai. Both have somewhat similar personalities but yet completely different. I love Carter’s soothing and strong personality and Kai’s fun but ego strong personality as well. Kai’s antics at times are hilarious. The four of them have extremely strong chemistry that is felt throughout the story. The story is packed with occasional humorous moments, drama, and a bit of mystery. The story pulled me in right from the very beginning and didn’t let go. I had a really hard time putting it down when life wanted me to. It extremely well written and developed. This is one amazing read that will not disappoint.

I LOVED this book from the second I started it!

The guys had me HOOKED. Seth’s protective brooding personality, Carters calm and grounding vibes & Kai’s completely unhinged yet loyal golden retriever self - they fit with June so well. June is one of my favorite FMC’s so far in 2026. Her parents though??? they sucked.

I laughed and smiled so much reading this. & let’s not forget about the chaos that is Brutus… lol

- The banter is good, especially with the demonic bull. It was sooo hilarious.🐂🤣
- I loved the MMC's and thought they were written pretty well. Each one I loved for their own specific reasons. The bad, reformed playboy Kai with piercings in places you could only imagine. The stoic, full of alpha energy Seth, whose smirk is sinful. And the playful, pretty boy Carter. Loved them.
- I love cowboy romance and decided to jump back into Knight's books. I stopped reading after Knotting with a Stranger due to the no bondings in that book, so I'm super happy I jumped into this one because there was, in fact, bonding.

- Didn't really care for June. She was so back and forth and indecisive about literally everything that it was like nails on a chalkboard.
- As mentioned above, I love that there's bonding in the book this time around, but I don't like that they were the first spicy scenes we got with the MMC's. The first three spice scenes (one for each MMC) had their bonding included. There weren't really well-established connections between the MC's at that point, and she was still really indecisive if she was even an omega. It should have been pushed back into later scenes. This brings my next negative.
- KYFR has so much fluff for there to only be five spice scenes spread out from each other in a nearly 600-page book. This definitely could have been cut down by 200 or so pages or had minimal fluff and more spice. The heat is at the very end of the book, and we only experience the beginning part of it, and then the book ends. Definitely left me wanting more out of the book, when this size of book should have wrapped up completely.

This book follows Beta June (or so we were led to believe in book 1). June has been suppressing a secret for years! She’s an omega but after receiving some questionable medical/parental advice after a doctor's appointment when she was younger, she’s hidden her designation since. No worries because when the rodeo comes to town, so does 3 Cowboy Alphas who turn June’s world upside down!
Seth, Carter and Kai are the sweetest and most loyal alphas! I loved them!

The banter was so fun! I laughed so much!

Kai had me cackling! The monologue scene about Seth in the cafe was hilarious! His shopping spree for her and the customized body pillow “Flat Kai” IYKYK🤣🤣 he’s unhinged and OTT in the best way! Like a golden retriever!

Carter- the sweet, soulful cowboy poet. He is a walking green flag! This man is so sweet and caring!

Seth- the broody but sweet only for her Alpha knew she was theirs from the start! He protected her from her atrocious ex Tanner and continued to show her that she was meant to be with them!

I loved that each Alpha had their own scene with her and the spice was so scorching! And a p!erced MMC with his own Reddit thread!! 👀🥵Whew!

I loved the storyline of trying to discover what was happening with the rodeo funds! And of course we can’t forget Brutus the Bull! He finally got his money of glory!

As a OV lover, I did wish we could have seen them interact more together during her heat as it was a big worry for her throughout the book that she would never experience one. In the Epilogue, we got just a taste as it started heating (pun intended) up! That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5⭐️s

I really enjoyed this book and cannot wait for the next one in the series!🫶🏻

Knot Your First Rodeo by Harley Knight is the second book in the Wild Heart Ranch series.

June's late-night phone call turns her world upside down, bailing a cowboy out of jail wasn’t on her to-do list, nor was discovering that he’s her scent match. Convinced there must be some mistake, June tries to hold onto the life she’s carefully maintained. But the universe seems determined to push her in a different direction.

As June steps in as the newest supervisor for Seth, Kai, and Carter after one mess leads to another. Living under the same roof as them begins to interfere with her suppressants, forcing her to confront the truth she’s been avoiding. Letting go of the identity she’s clung to isn’t easy, but eventually she must face who she truly is, an Omega.

I enjoyed the story to a point. The most compelling part for me was when June finally stopped pretending to be a Beta and began embracing her Omega identity. Watching her navigate this new reality while still fearing the unknown added depth to her character. That internal shift was where the story felt strongest.

I really struggled with June’s parents. I kept hoping for some redeeming qualities, but they never seemed to come. It felt like one of those situations where found family ultimately matters more than blood. I also wished June had sought other medical opinions instead of simply accepting what had been forced on her. Personally, I would have questioned everything, especially when it came to something so life-altering.

Hazel’s support was a highlight. I appreciated how she encouraged June to give the men a real chance. Although June did spend quality time with each of the men, both individually and as a group, I didn’t a connection towards Seth and Carter. Kai was the only one who truly stood out to me. The financial subplot was also fairly predictable.

Overall, this was an okay read for me. It wasn’t profound, though I did enjoy certain aspects. In the end, it just didn’t quite hit the emotional notes I was hoping for.

Our FMC is a “dormant” Omega that was told by her parents to take suppressants and hide her Omega to “make life easier” and claim she’s a Beta. She would never have a heat and wouldn’t be “enough” for Alphas. So this sweet and hidden Omega, June, has been hiding her true self since she was 18.

She runs into our 3 SEXY AF Alpha cowboys and sparks fly immediately. They KNOW she’s their scent match but she keeps up the Beta ruse for a bit.

There’s so much other that happens. I don’t want to give anything away but these Alphas might be some of my favorite I’ve ever read. They are everything June needs. And they compliment each other so well. They just want to shower her with love, prove they aren’t going anywhere, care for, provide for, and protect their Omega. And talk about showing their love. Omg those first dates?!? WOW! 🎠🎠🎠 🥵 IYKYK.

This is my first Harley Knight book and you better believe I’m reading everything else she’s ever written. I highlighted so many things in my ARC.

Harley Knight is my favorite cozy omegaverse author. She's really determined to make me a cowboy romance reader, and it might be working. Knot Your First Rodeo is the second book in her Wild Hearts Ranch series, and it was superb. As usual with Harley's omegaverses, the story was light but had a fantastic plot that I easily lost myself in. June is an undercover omega who has been hiding as a beta. The rodeo has come to town, bringing with it three of the hottest cowboys, and just when I thought I had the plot down, Harley went and changed the game.


June was great! Fiercely independent, even if her world was crumbling around her. She had a bit of an identity crisis, and her parents pulled the rug from underneath her, but June holds up remarkably well. Three cowboys stumble into her life. I loved the guys. Their subtle playfulness made the story lighter. Seth is the broody one, but his first scene had to be one of my favorite character introductions ever. Kai was unpredictable and a little wild. Carter was calm and sensitive. They manage to get June out of her own head. The romance between them was remarkably light. They clicked. Between the laughs and the banter, I couldn't help but smile.


This book is made up of a lot of really great moments. Two of my favorites have to be mentioned. The first was the most entertaining piggyback race ever. The scene when they visit the lake, and there's a paper bag. Trust me, you just have to read it. There was one moment of tension; the scene with the last ride had me holding my breath. The twist was fantastic! Harley knows how to keep a storyline fresh. That's another cowboy romance under my belt. I laughed and smiled my way through June's story. Perfect if you're looking for a lighthearted romance with a strong MFC and guys who know how to have a little fun. Knot Your First Rodeo gets a ten out of ten stars for me.

Knot Your First Rodeo was my very first cowboy reverse harem romance and I loooved it. All three rodeo star alphas were completely crush worthy from the start.
I loved Carter’s quiet strength and romantic heart, Seth’s intense, protective presence, and Kai’s big, open, lovable soul which made their dynamic so entertaining and easy to fall for. I also always enjoy Harley’s sense of humor and how she writes characters that feel so deep, genuine, and easy to fall in love with.
The story had me hooked right away with a hot rodeo star falling fast for our sweet FMC, June, and immediately stepping in to defend her from a jealous ex who just can’t let her go. As the story goes on and we meet the rest of the pack (Carter and Kai), watching them fall for her just as hard, and in their own ways, was so much fun.
There were so many fun, swoony moments that made up their love story. Carnivals glowing with twinkling lights, stolen moments under the wide Montana sky, and exciting scenes in the arena where the guys prove exactly why they’re the stars of the show. The whole book felt warm, playful, and romantic with just the right mix of drama and a little suspense.
The humor had me laughing out loud more than once and kept a smile on my face for most of the book. And the romance? The kind that makes you giggle and kick your feet like a teenager.
The spice is hot and plentiful once you get through the slow burn at the beginning and trust me, it is well worth the wait. There are piercings. Need I say more?
I loved this book so much and can’t wait to continue the series. I will absolutely be revisiting this one when I’m in the mood for something sweet, fun, and full of cowboy alpha energy… and when I need a dose of humor that only Kai can deliver. Honestly, I just wish I had my own Flat Kai to snuggle while I read it (IYKYK).

Knot Your First Rodeo is Book 2 in the Wild Heart’s Ranch Series, and let me tell you, I was so excited for this one. This book centers around June, who we are led to believe is a beta. She’s been hiding a secret for years, from her friends, neighbors, and acquaintances. The rodeo comes to town, and with it are three Cowboy Alphas who flip June’s world on its head.

I’m going to be honest. From the first chapter, I was giggling and kicking my feet. I so loved Seth and June’s instant connection, and how he was willing to do anything to make her feel safe and protect her. I really, really wish we had more Seth time! I personally just loved his character so much, and still do, even with the little Seth time that was given! Carter and Kai were amazing as well. Carter gives that serious, but still playful vibe, whereas Kai is like a Golden Retriver and I’m just so here for it!

The banter, the relationship between the characters, the found family in it all just got me! And you guys know me. I’m a sucker for a found family trope. Carter with his poems, he’s just ahhhh, he is the best. Even I was swooning.

Seth though? He had my heart from the beginning. I cannot stop gushing about him. He had me from the first pick-up line, the first time protecting her.

The actual plot behind the whole book had me super interested! I love a good who-dun-it, find the bad guy that kind of thing. I do wish we had had more of her heat and what transpired, as it was really led up to, but I did love it! I can’t wait for the next one!!

This was such a fantastic second addition to the Wild Hearts Ranch series and I was completely hooked from the very first page. I’m an absolute sucker for cowboy romance, and pairing it with omegaverse? Immediate yes. This book spoke directly to my soul.

Honeyspur Meadow is a small Montana town that comes alive when the rodeo circuit rolls in. Coffers fill, businesses boom, and the energy crackles. June, our leading lady and the town’s resident realtor, has been keeping a life-altering secret about her true designation for years. But when she’s tasked with picking up a rodeo star at 2 a.m. and discovers they’re scent matched, everything starts to unravel and sparks fly.

The three alpha rodeo stars she’s forced to chaperone are all compelling, fully realized cowboys in their own right. Seth is broody yet steady and dependable. Carter is the soulful poet who feels everything deeply. And Kia, reckless, romantic, and bursting with golden retriever energy, absolutely stole the show. Together, these men make it crystal clear that June is enough. They are devoted to her well-being, support her choices, and genuinely value her opinions, which made their bond incredibly satisfying to read.

With a mystery unfolding, plenty of drama, and just the right amount of delicious angst, this book shot straight onto my favorites list. And Brutus oh, that big, beautiful beast, completely stole my heart.

I cannot wait to dive into book three of this bull-whipping, heart-stealing series.

The town is cozy and the wilderness around it is beautiful. The sights and places we see are wonderful. There's also the excitement of the rodeo in town and the big and dangerous shows it brings. June is spunky and my heart goes out to her with the threat of losing everything she's worked for hangs over her head. The three Alphas, Kai, Seth, and Carter, oh yes! The sexiest contemporary cowboys I've ever met. Kai had me laughing out loud with his antics and brooding Seth is just my type. Lots of tension with a big dose of sweetness, and plenty of steam! I can't wait for more books in this series.

I enjoyed this omegaverse book, Harley writes authentic down to earth characters that I enjoy. June is an omega who has been taking suppressants and passing as a beta due to being diagnosed as dormant. She meets Seth, a rodeo star and he claims she is his scent match. June has a reaction to him, as well as his two other pack-mates Carter and Kai. They pursue June despite her claim that she’s a beta, because they know otherwise.

Each guy brought a different strength to the pack and I liked that. Seth was level headed and helped reign in some of Kai’s crazy antics. Carter was a deep thinker, despite trying to keep that part of himself under wraps. They were all so sweet and wonderful to June, who was going through a tough time with her parents.

I loved that she developed a relationship with each guy individually as well as them all being a pack. The evening Kai and Carter spent with June at the fair winning her prizes was the cutest thing. June is a strong woman and can definitely take care of herself, but the guys let her know she doesn’t have to do it alone anymore. I appreciated that they recognized her strengths and wanted to support her. Overall the book was good and I look forward to the next one.

Wow. I have been a fan of Harley Knight for a little while now and have always loved her books, so to get to be apart of her ARC team for this was awesome!
Now the book 5 ⭐️ 10/10, all the feels for this group of characters!
This is book 2 in the wild hearts ranch series and it’s even better than the first in my opinion, I loved June in book one when she was the supportive friend for the FMC but I was so excited she finally got her story! She manages to get herself 3 rodeo cowboys, all a little bit of trouble in their own right!
The banter between the MMC’s and June made my heart happy, I was laughing so much through this book just because of their antics and what they would do for June just to make her realise she was someone’s first choice. From shopping sprees to body pillows (IYKYK), from stealing a cop car to riding a demon bull (I meant what I said) they showed her time and time again she was it for them and she had no choice but to get with the programme!!
The spicy scenes were hot even though there was only a few they were hot and spicy and sweet all at once and I loved it and as always am here for them scenes!!

Okay, Seth’s arrest in the beginning had me in hysterics 😂🤣 What a way to open this novel and I was hooked from the start. June is woken up at 2am for lord knows why except she knows full right well-she just can’t reconcile why she agreed. Sans caffeine, she’s sent to bail out one of the rodeo cowboys to keep the town on the “Good List.”

👗June-For 7 years alls been well with her world. Running the family realty business and hanging with Sophia, Belle, and Hazel. Rodeo season comes around and with it comes drastic events-bailing a cowboy out of prison and babysitting 3 cowboys so they don’t get arrested. To top it off, her secret is boiling over, and her parents dropped big news on her.
🐎The Cowboys- A new town, a new rodeo, nowhere to call home. What’s to care about when there’s nowhere to lay roots? All that changes when they come back to Honeyspur & a few chance encounters with June shake up their wild lives. Will this be the town they finally settle down in?

RH Cowboy Omegaverse Romance

4.5 ⭐️ Good read! This had me hooked from the start. Their banter was to die for. It’s not overly spicy but the storyline was good enough it wasn’t needed.

June is an Omega, who was 18 when “doctors diagnosed me as dormant—unlikely to ever experience heats or form proper bonds—“ so her parents gave her suppressants to pretty much bury who she really was. She was told and also convinced herself, she would never be good enough for Alphas. But here comes the rodeo circuit, in town for a few weeks before they move to the next town…. And her scent matches just happen to be 3 of those rodeo stars.

These 3 Alphas, Seth, Carter and Kai, are so sweet to her, and want to show her that she is theirs, and they are willing to put in the work. But she convinced they’ll still leave her because she’s ‘broken’.

We get some drama with the rodeo, some ex drama and a very famous bull.

No cheating, no OWD, no third act breakup with a HEA.

As usual I loved this omegaverse by Harley Knight and she is fast becoming one of my favourite authors.

If you read the first book in this series you will already have met June, the friendly beta who works at the real estate office.Well Surprise! It turns out she isn't a beta after all, but an Omega. An Omega who was persuaded to take supressants since she was eighteen by her parents after doctors appointments and tests declared her to be a dormant omega and would probably never have heats or form bonds. Till the rodeo comes to town. When she is around the three rodeo stars Seth, Carter and Kai her suppressants start to fail, her scent spikes and they are certain she is their scent match.
I loved all three of the MMC's in this book. They all have different qualities that would be on my wishlist but Kai is absolutely hilarious! Look out for the skinny dipping scene. Also Brutus is back! The demon bull from the previous book also returns in this book taking on a bit more of a prominent role.
I really don't think there was anything about this book I didn't like and it was an absolute pleasure to read

rom the very first scene, June getting dragged out at 2 a.m. to pick up a drunk rodeo cowboy, I was hooked. Her first meeting with Seth is pure chaos and had me laughing out loud.

June is an absolute standout FMC, fun, warm, fiercely independent, and impossible not to love. Then we meet her three cowboys and wow. Seth is broody and protective, Carter is calm and grounding, and Kai is completely unhinged in the best way. His antics had me cracking up. Together, they balance each other perfectly, and their chemistry with June is off the charts.

The story blends humor, emotion, spice, and a touch of mystery so well. It is a cozy small town, why choose romance that had me smiling, swooning, and completely invested from start to finish. I genuinely struggled to put it down.

And the chaos? Between Kai’s energy and Brutus stealing scenes, it just makes everything even better.

June’s secret adds another layer of tension, and watching everything unravel when her scent matches arrive kept me glued to the pages.

If you love cowboy romance, found family, and laugh out loud moments with plenty of heart and heat, this one is a must read.

Man, oh, man.. this was a winner from the first chapter! I've never laughed so much yet been so smitten at the same time. These guys were everything. I love the banter between them, you could just feel their love for each other whether it was in the jokes and ribbing each other or in the quiet moments where they had each other's backs. And their complete devotion to June..that was magical. Seth with his fierce protectiveness, Carter with his quiet adoration, Kai with his loud exuberance. They each filled a different need in her and allowed her to find herself, grow into a better version of who she needed to be and finally decide her own life, with the love and support of her men.. that was perfection! She was absolutely not afraid to sass those men of hers and put them in their place either.

There were so many LOL moments and Brutus was a hoot and truly stole the show in every scene he was in!

This has been my favorite book of Harley's to date! I didn't want it to end!

What a cozy little omegaverse this book was! This is book two in the Wild Hearts Ranch series, but it can absolutely be read as a standalone.

This pack was completely adorable. June is an omega hiding as a beta because she believes she’s broken after years of being told so, and my heart ached for her. We’re introduced to our three alphas—Seth, Kai, and Carter—who are all caring, supportive, and bring something unique to the pack dynamic. Kai was absolutely hilarious and easily my favourite, but all three alphas added their own spark that made this such a fun, steamy, and well-balanced pack.

The spice was playful and memorable (I’ll never look at a carousel the same way again 😏), and every scene felt like it fit perfectly with the story. This book was a guaranteed fun ride with plenty of heart, heat, and a very satisfying HEA.

I love, love, love the cozy omegaverse world that this author has created! Add that to the fact it's interconnected standalones, where you get to revisit past characters as well, and it's one of my favourite comfort reads!

June believes she's a broken omega, and uses suppressants to appear as a beta. A midnight call to bail out one of the rodeo stars who is in town for a couple of weeks changes everything. You've got an FMC learning to cope with what she is, three MMCs facing the fact that their future isn't what they expected, a twisted ex, and small town politics. All in all, it's a great mix, and I devoured is!

June is fun, she accepts her new designation, although I'd like to have seen her parents face more consequences for how they treated her. Seth, Kai and Carter are a great mix of cocky and caring, and are exactly what she needs. The supporting characters, but good and bad, are wonderful and you cheer to see them get their rewards and comeuppances.

I'm loving this series, and I can't wait for the next one!

I absolutely loved June's book! This was book 2 in the Wild Hearts Ranch Series but they are both standalones and don't need to be read in order. There are crossovers with character from the first book. June has had a rough go with being told she was a defective omega as a teenager, so she took suppressants and has been living as a beta. In walk 3 rodeo stars, Seth, Kai, and Carter, who completely change her view on life and show her how to finally live it. June helps unravel a money issue with the rodeo circuit that was threatening the town of loosing them permanently. This leads to even more issues from the culprit involving June's family business and home. But June grew tremendously through all these trials as did her men, and it was beautiful to see them grow as a pack towards the HEA.

Harley is master of writing quit witted characters and she did not disappoint with this one. I absolutely loved the "rock, paper, scissors" scene! I was dying over this. I can't wait to see where the next book will lead us. :)
