This is an essential read - and more relevant than ever when you see that many of those currently attacking the BBC were newspapers and their backers implicated in the hacking affair. We are in dangerous waters as far as the media is concerned. Nick Davies’s book highlights brilliantly what an unregulated off-the-leash media looks like. It’s a world where money and power talks and crushes the weak. We need to stand up against it. Now.
