It’s a book my immigration judge recommended to me to use as a supplement and to review what I covered in school from my immigration casebook. It’s particularly well done for covering burden of proof and small details such as an asylum officer referring an asylum application to a judge, not denying a case and sending over to a judge. These little nuances that get fuzzy after final exams in law school get sharpened back into focus.

It’s a nice book to skim through to regain your bearings before going to Kurzban and other resources in daily assignments.

Get an older edition to save some money.
