First book that Gino read to me. I know he learned most of the color names and objects from the pictures but it was still cute to see him follow the sentences with his finger trying to read the words. Cute easy book to read.

The book goes through the different colors and puts a vehicle with each color. There are also animals riding in each of the vehicles. There is a red train, a blue car, a yellow rocket, and more. The pictures are age appropriate and there are only a few words per page. Each page has one side that is the entire color (like yellow) and then the page opposite of it has the yellow rocket. It is a board book with easy to turn pages. It would also be a good book for a transportation unit. I really like this book and feel that it is developmentally appropriate.

A nice color book that also shows different types of transportation. Simple text, good use of color, nice art.

My son found this book at the dentist office today. He could read it on his own, and he did, but he still felt cheated.
