The most beautiful children’s book, from one of my very favourite authors. I’m building up a little library for my grandson, and when I saw this book I had to get it. And of course I have to read all the books first too.
Nice short story (fifteen minutes to read) about a boy who helps his mum make jam by collecting fruit. He is a happy boy, but what he wants more than anything else is a dog of his own. In this story he ends up with his very own good dog... Lion. Very cute story.
