A spicy Small Town, Single Mom, Forbidden romance from USA Today bestselling author Willow Aster

Waking up in a gorgeous man’s lap definitely wasn’t on this year’s bingo card, that’s for sure.

Flying halfway across the country, exhausted and on an empty stomach, is a lot. Having to do all that while realizing I’ll be away from my little girl while she’s at her dad’s is an even worse feeling.

Enter Dylan. The irresistibly gorgeous man whose lap I collapsed in on my flight home. He is handsome, charming, and manages to sweet-talk me right into bed with his beautiful smile and twinkling hazel eyes. This is sooo unlike me, but I couldn’t help myself.

Dylan and I don’t really know each other. Plus, I live in Minnesota, and he lives in California, and anything long-term would never work. Yet the chemistry between us can’t be denied.

But then the real problem between us comes to light, and it’s a big one. A forbidden one. There’s no way we can ever be together…but how do we give up on each other when our fiery connection feels like a once-in-a-lifetime love?

All for Love is book three in the interconnected, standalone Windy Harbor series.

Willow Aster Windy Harbor bk 03 All for Love

Not Missing Out on the Spark

Oh, this forbidden romance is exceptionally sweet and wonderful. It's also seriously smexy. 🥵

Dahlia Granger and Dylan Whitman are perfection in my first book from Willow Aster. I love them together. Add in how Dylan and Chloe take to each other, and it's impossible not to love them. Oh, and then there's Bill in case you need further encouragement. 🐕

I'm unable to put it down! I've been sucked into the web the grandmas have knitted, and the Whitman family, extended family, and friends that are like family are so welcoming that I never want to leave! Who knew I'd find home on Lake Superior in Minnesota. 💞

This was well written. Every emotion was felt to the core, and the twist of suspense was just enough to level up the story. Even though no prior reading is necessary, I'm happily adding Willow's backlist to my TBR. 😍

I listened to the audio book. The narrators, Austin Stone and Isabelle Ruther, are absolutely fantastic in duet! The laughing, sighing, and overall realistic presentations are magnificent. I was honestly laughing aloud with them. 🎧💛🎧

Star: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

All For You by Willow Aster is an emotional and addictive small-town romance that leans into longing, temptation, and the kind of connection that feels both effortless and impossible all at once. From the very first meet cute on a plane, the story pulls you in with a spark that quickly turns into something much deeper, blending heat with heartfelt vulnerability.

The chemistry between Dahlia and Dylan is immediate and intense, but what makes it compelling is how quickly that attraction becomes layered with real emotion. Their connection feels natural despite the whirlwind start, and the way they gravitate toward each other makes it easy to root for them, even when the odds are clearly stacked against them. Dylan is charming, attentive, and quietly swoony, the kind of hero who knows exactly what to say but still carries depth beneath the surface.

The single mom element adds an extra emotional weight to the story. Her love for her daughter and the guilt of being away grounds the romance in something real and relatable. It also raises the stakes, making every decision feel more significant. When the forbidden aspect of their relationship comes into play, the tension sharpens in the best way, creating that push and pull that keeps the pages turning.

Willow Aster does a great job balancing spice with emotion. The intimate moments are steamy and well written, but they never overshadow the emotional core of the story. Instead, they enhance the connection and make the stakes feel even higher. The small town setting adds warmth and charm, giving the story a comforting backdrop that contrasts nicely with the internal conflict the characters face.

What really stands out is the feeling of inevitability between these two. Even when they try to resist, it is clear that what they have is rare. The angst, the stolen moments, and the emotional turmoil all build toward a romance that feels earned and deeply satisfying.

All For You is a strong addition to the Windy Harbor series, delivering a mix of swoon, tension, and heartfelt emotion. It is perfect for readers who love forbidden romance with real stakes, a devoted single mom heroine, and a hero who falls hard and does not look back.

if you didn't know, i am a willow aster stan and her series never disappoint! i knew from the very first book in this series that dylan was going to be one of my favorites!!

this one was so easy to binge- i'm talking in under 24 hours! it was emotional and filled with longing, chemistry, effortless connection, and all the sparks. within the first few chapters when dylan and dahlia had their meet cute on an airplane, i was instantly sucked right in. they were vulnerable and fed right into their attraction to one another. you might think oh another instant love story? no i promise, there was so much more!

their chemistry may have been immediate, but it was intense and filled with real and raw emotions. what they thought was happening in a whirlwind, away-from-home little romance ended up becoming a beautiful love story. they gravitate toward each other and become each other's safe place. the plot twist: the secret that gets unveiled and threatens to ruin everything had my jaw dropping. i was not expecting it! but even with the odds stacked against them, dylan and dahlia never once strayed away from their relationship.

now i can't forget about the best part of this story: the single mom trope. the love i have for dahlia and her daugher chloe is immense. you can tell how badly she wants to be the best mom for chloe and she definitely is! each decision she makes is with chloe's best interest at heart. to see the way that dylan so effortlessly fit into their lives & how chloe gravitated toward him so easily just goes to show how meant to be these two were for one another. as they said from their meet cute, it was definitely "fate"!

even with the instant connection and all the spicy scenes, willow aster never takes away from the emotional core of the story. i loved the way she was able to balance their love story, dahlia's story with her daughter chloe & chloe's dad, dahlia's relationship with her own dad, and everything in between- especially the scenes with the whitman family. it was done so beautifully and really made the connection throughout the book feel real. this series is filled with all the comfort and charm and sucks you in.

another 4 stars for this series!!⭐️ i loved this so much, as always. thank you willow & valentine pr for the arc copy!!

All For Love is the third book in the Windy Harbor series and can be read as a standalone.

I really loved Cam and Juju’s story, so I was especially looking forward to Dylan’s. However, I just couldn’t connect with this one. I put this book down so many times while reading. All the elements that I’d previously enjoyed, like the Whitman group chat and the small town charm, just didn’t feel the same this time.

Dahlia and Dylan are a very cute couple! I loved all the sweet, wholesome and domestic moments between them, like playing in the snow and the surfing scene. Dylan’s relationship with Chloe (and Bill the dog!) was adorable and such an important part of the story.

There were several things that didn’t work for me. Dylan was charming and his devotion to both Dahlia and Chloe was swoon-worthy, but his character fell flat. I would have loved to have seen more of his passion for surfing and the shop, it sounded so interesting. Dahlia also felt the same and I questioned some of her decisions, I wish she showed some more strength or initiative. What I think contributed to this was the insta-love and secrecy that rushed the development of their relationship. The rest of my issues are spoilers, so I won’t share them. I will say that I had complete disinterest in the drama with her ex and her dad.

Overall, while I loved the heartwarming moments between Dahlia, Dylan, Chloe and Bill, this story wasn’t for me. I’m hoping I’ll like the next book more!

This book contains triggering context such as cancer diagnosis and treatment, loss of parent in the past, co-parenting with a toxic ex, harassment, arson, and emotionally abusive parent.

I didn't expect Willow Aster to deliver me one of my new favorite book boyfriends, but she absolutely did. Dylan is pure green flag energy & I could not get enough of him. The way he shows up, no hesitation, no games, just steady, unwavering love... this man is the definition of swoon.

The chemistry between Dylan & Dahlia is instant, but it doesn’t feel shallow, it builds fast & deep in a way that makes you believe every second of it. The tension from the forbidden element (& wow, Dahlia’s father really steps into full villain mode) just raises the stakes in the best way. I ate this one up & just wanted more.

But what really made this story stand out for me was Dylan with Dahlia’s daughter, Chloe. That relationship? That’s the heart of this book. The way he supports both of them, protects their peace, & just chooses them over & over again - my heart just completely melted for this man.

🎧 As with all of Willow's books, the audio is incredible. Austin Stone & Isabelle Ruther, in duet narration, bring so much life to these characters. If you are an audio fan, I cannot recommend this one enough!

Fast burn, forbidden, emotional, & swoony in all the right ways. Dylan Whitman is officially on my “will accept no notes” book boyfriend list. Also, do not skip the epilogue!!! It had me rolling with laughter & I'm still giggling from this scene that is now living rent-free in my mind.

I am already feral for the next book in this series as we get a great tease on the plot (hint: it's Tully's book!).

I am enjoying this series but this book was beyond perfect! This was a sweet read with a heck of a story. Single mother Dahlia, works for her dad..who she doesn’t have the best relationship with. When she drops her daughter off in California she literally falls into the lap of a man that will change her life. Dylan Owns a surf shop in California but his dad needs him in Minnesota. What he is not expecting was Dahlia. These two fall fast and hard for each other…but then they learn that they have a few complications. I’m talking major road blocks. But these two have a pull that can’t be denied…they can handle anything that is thrown their way. This adorable story did not disappoint. These two truly care about each other and are willing to do anything to be together. These two have fun banter and steamy hot chemistry. Then there is the adorable relationship between Dylan and Chloe. He truly loves her as much as he loves her mother. This book was sweet, funny and a little emotional…and I was here for it. This family is extremely entertaining and each book is giving me so much joy. I cant wait to see what is coming next.

All For Love is book 3 in the Windy Harbor series. Dahlia and Dylan met when she fainted on a plane, landing in Dylan’s lap 🤭! The chemistry was really good, and both were immediately attracted to each other. Dylan is a green flag cinnamon roll hero. Dahlia fell for Dylan just as quickly, but they had to sneak around because of her father. There was a little OM drama with Dahila’s ex, but it was all on the ex’s side. I like the romance, but it felt really fast. I liked Dahila’s daughter, who was super cute. I liked Dylan’s relationship with her daughter. One thing that did bother me was Dylan laughing a lot. Like he was always laughing about something except the few times things got serious or when they were really in the heat of their spicy times (a lot of spice), but yeah…he kept laughing. The audiobook was fun. I like Isabelle Ruther and Austin Stone’s narration.

Thank you Valentine PR for an ALC. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

✈️ love at first faint 😭🤍
Book 3 in the Windy Harbor series and it did NOT disappoint.
Dahlia literally faints on a plane and lands in Dylan’s lap — and honestly? Same girl, same. What starts as the most adorable meet cute turns into something so much deeper, so much more vulnerable, and SO much steamier than I expected.
Dylan is a big, lovable puppy dog who sees nothing but Dahlia from the moment they meet. They agree to keep things secret from their families, but this man is so gone for her it’s precious And Chloe? He loves that little girl just as fiercely as he loves her mama. My heart could not handle it.
Dahlia is navigating anxiety around her father AND co-parenting, and watching her slowly let herself be loved the way she deserves? Chef’s kiss. The banter is fun, the chemistry is 🔥, and the emotional depth of this story truly caught me off guard.
🎧 Isabelle Ruther & Austin Stone brought these two to life beautifully — an incredible listen.

This book has so many great elements in it - found family, forbidden love, single mom. ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫

Dylan and Dahlia meet by chance on an airplane and it is literally love at first sight. They agree to keep their relationship a secret from their respective families. Dahlia is very anxious about her father and she is also navigating her relationship with her daughter Chloe’s father.

Dylan hails from a very large, very close knit family and is a big puppy dog. He sees nothing but Dahlia and is also enamoured with Chloe.

They navigate their relationship, trying to work through the reasons they keep it a secret.

The storyline and the premise are very good.

I did however find it difficult to make an emotional connection with the main characters. Their on page relationship was mostly physical, and yes, the spice was spicy! Most of the moments they spent getting to know each other, and the reader getting to know them, happened off page. The author chose to tell us what happened versus experiencing it with the characters. Which is too bad because I do think this story had promise.

There are some very sweet and touching moments in the story and I’m glad Dylan & Dahlia are getting their HEA.

Thank you to Valentine PR for the electronic arc to read and review.

ALC Review:
Duet Narration by Isabelle Ruther and Austin Stone

Tropes:
Small town
Single mom
Forbidden love
Cinnamon roll MMC
Love at first sight

Dahlia and Dylan’s story begins with a charming and unexpected plane meet cute that quickly turns into something deeper. Despite distance and a major forbidden obstacle, their connection feels undeniable.

I’ve been waiting for Dylan’s story, and this was the absolute sweetest. The meet cute was both hilarious and adorable, and watching Dylan connect with Chloe had me completely smitten. The domestic moments and intimacy felt so realistic, even within a short time. I genuinely want to be part of the Whitman family. That said, Dahlia’s situation with the villan had me beyond frustrated—I’m so over him. Now I’m eagerly waiting for Tully’s story!

Isabelle Ruther and Austin Stone delivered a fantastic performance, capturing both the emotional vulnerability and playful chemistry between the characters beautifully. Their timing and tone made the romance feel natural and engaging.

Huge thanks to Valentine PR and the author for this ALC!

I am absolutely loving this series, and somehow it just keeps getting better. In this book, we finally learn the secret Dylan has been keeping from his family, and the way it unfolds is so perfect. I loved that we get the story right from Dylan and Dahlia’s very first meeting—it pulls you in instantly.
These two completely won me over. Their connection, their protectiveness, the way they show up for each other… it all felt so genuine. And the family dynamic continues to be one of my favourite parts of the series. The banter is top‑tier, the group chat moments had me smiling, and I adore that their dad is right in the mix too.
Dylan and Dahlia have a lot to face throughout this story, and you really feel like you’re walking every step of that journey with them. I found myself getting angry on their behalf more than once—the emotions in this book hit hard and are so well written.
I loved every moment of it, and now I’m counting down the days until book four.

Dylan & Dahlia

This was the sweetest romance, after an awkward yet adorable meet cute these two fall hard and fast for each other and become such a sweet family unit.

Unbeknownst to them their family history gets in the way of their love affair and they choose to keep their romance a secret. But in the meantime Dylan proves to Dahlia and her little girl, Chloe that he's in it for the long haul and that there's nothing stopping their undeniable connection.

We get plenty of cameos from the whole Whitman family and im looking forward to where the rest of this series goes! Bring on Tully's book 😍

Okay, so I didn’t read the blurb. I didn’t skip ahead. And I was absolutely stunned by the reveals here. Dylan and Dahlia are unexpected, yet perfect for each other. They end up on the same plane. They live in the same(ish) area. They both deserve this love so very much. But they’re up against some serious problems if the secrets come out. And they do come out.

But not all secrets are bad. Knowing where you belong and who really has your back are both wonderful things that Dahlia more than needs in her life. She’s got some misery to fight through, but she’s also got Dylan and his entire family at her back the whole way.

Let’s not forget Erin and her hilarious take on this entire thing. Believe me, you need that in your life. And the rest of this story. But especially Erin and her perfect way of lightening every room!

OMG I DEVOURED this book!!

It was amazing Willow Aster!

Dylan and Dahlias meet cute may be one of my absolute favorites!! ✈️

Their love at first sight melted my heart, add Chloe into the mix and I am hooked, line and sinker!

I was shocked at who Dahlia ended up being once I started reading. I am obsessed with how they handled it, it wasn’t a big we can’t be together ordeal, it was a we’ll figure it out when the time is right.

So much had happened throughout this story and I don’t want to spoil anything 🤐 but I love them and their little family so much!

The Whitmans are the sweetest and most inclusive family ever. I wish I could be apart of their family 🫶🏻

Thank you to Valentine PR & Willow for the e-arc of this book. I have been loving the Windy Harbor series, and was excited for Dylan's book. The attraction between these two is instantaneous. Dahlia is a single mom, and also the daughter of Bruce Granger. If you follow this series, you know Dylan's family (the Whitman's) have a long standing feud with Bruce Granger. Dylan's bond with Dahlia's daughter, Chloe, literally melted my heart! I love how the Whitman's always come together when a crisis happens. I feel like this may have been the spiciest book by Willow that I've read so far? I can't wait Tully's book! I'm a sucker for "the one who got away" trope.

This series has me in a choke hold! Every book is straight perfection and book 3 is no exception.

I absolutely loved the unconventional way Dylan and Dahlia met. 10 out of 10 a wonderful breath of fresh air when two characters meet in a way that hasn't been written a million times already. The love at first sight in this one is so sweet and wholesome but oh so not wholesome in others and it was great. Dylan is so good with her and her daughter, and the Whitman family banter truly knows no bounds. I loved this cozy, small town trip to Windy Harbor again.

“I have a feeling my life changed forever today.”

Oh I was hooked right from the beginning. The best one in the series so far! Dahlia and Dylan have this instant connection and they both fall fast and hard. I really liked seeing them navigate their relationship, which is a secret and long-distance relationship at the same time. Also, Chloe was the absolute sweetest. I was really flying through the pages.

I got to read this one as an ARC, thank you!
