Love the chicken and snow peas! Honestly, some recipes are just no (like any cookbook). However, after the On Target Nutrition, you get comfortable with the recipes /ingredients and can improvise or tweak the recipes to your particular tastes. I am picky.:-)
Not crazy about Stevia as a sweetener due to the funny aftertaste, but the authors do offer equivalency for substituting sugar. Lots of simple, yet tasty recipes!
