I love this book. I went to a couple of sweat lodges and the experience was very profound. Reading this book, I had the same feeling of being connected to a Higher power. This is a book to return to for spiritual rejuvenation.
Friends of mine wrote this book. So, I am somewhat biased, but I consider this to be an excellent introduction to the spiritual path of the medicine wheel.
My spirit guide is the white wolf, so this book really resonated with me. I thought that it was very well written and a good place to start for anyone interested in the medicine wheel path.
