A 22 year old generic book on business games with repeated references to Total Control Management (TQM). As a ScrumMaster, found a few points of interest and ideas that have evolved into well known Agile methods e.g. "The tie that binds" into "String Theory" and "Is it a go or no go" into "Fist of Fives".
I highly recommend https://retromat.org/en/ for modern workplace game ideas.
This was a charity shop find, think I'll be re-donating it.

This is a good useful book. I like the ideas shared in it. I've use a couple of the activities in my workshops with positive outcomes. If you are in the field of training or Learning and Development, it would definitely help you.
