I really liked this!
Did I finish all the 100 days of excercises/journalling/reading? Nope. I needed to return the book so I completed maybe half of those. Am I now a confident person? Nope, but I have definetly gotten a lot of ideas on what I can do to improve my confidence. I can definetly see myself going back to this book in the future or even getting it for myself.
"Perfection is a myth. It's a subject analysis at best."
"People pleasing is a form of lying. People pleasing is terrible for your confidence because every time you put keeping others happy ahead of your own genuine needs you are demonstrating that you don't matter to yourself."
"Put simply, it is not your job or my job to fix or change or rescue other people."
"Your worrying doesn't hold power, other than to keep you tense, anxious and scared."
