This is a cookbook that I will be using regularly. It is packed with interesting recipes that sparked my interest. I have already made two, Egg and Feta Muffins and Black and White Bean Quesadillas, and I will be making both again. The ingredients were things I had in my pantry, the directions were clearly written and easy to follow, and the results were delicious. The full page color photographs with many of the recipes are appealing and made my mouth water. I liked that at the start of each chapter there was a table of contents for the recipes included. The one thing I thought was missing was more details about protein and the amount of protein to include in daily eating.
I recommend this book to those looking to add more protein into their diet

Review of advance copy received from Edelweiss+
I must say these recipes looked fairly easy and attractive, I very much like a recipe book with pictures. While I know it didn't promise me low carb, I felt many of these recipes would not be suitable for a low carb blood sugar friendly diet, and not all of them really had a high level of protein. But people do like a balance in their menus, I hope it will be a good addition to many kitchens.
