A great guide for those of us who are aging, and hope to age well. As a younger man the author writes multiple short illustrative vignettes to suggest, to his older self, ways to approach and carry off aging in a gentile, dignified manner. It's a quick read but each story has a message well worth remembering and incorporating into ones' life.
