When Charley gets a wobbly tooth, he goes a little 'wobbly' himself. But then Maisy takes him to see Dr Biteright - the really nice dentist - and he soon gets a smile back on his face!

At 6 my son has a wobbly tooth 2nd left from centre. I was sad that he's already knocked the top 2 and the bottom 2 of his front teeth before age. I blame Lego for this. Found this book to remind him to take care of his teeth. And what a fun read it was, he asked to give a 5 star rating. This pandemic I never encouraged him to read. I felt I was forcing him and that would make him hate reading. To my surprise he's learnt to read following his older sister. He reads in his mind better then aloud. Sometimes they just don't need us.!!
Nice short sentences and brightly coloured pages are very attractive to toddlers. My daughter enjoyed this one a lot as she is fascinated with brushing her teeth and talking about the tooth fairy.
We're so proud of you for reading about Maisy and Charley! You learned something really special - that having friends by your side makes scary things feel easier. Just like Charley felt brave with his friends at the dentist, you can ask us or your friends to be with you when something feels scary. Being nervous is okay, and friends make everything better! You're such a wonderful reader, sweetie!

this book gives children an idea of what to sort of expect in a dentist appointment and it prepares first timers as well. it demonstrates how to brush your teeth as well and gives children an idea of what happens when they get their first wobbly tooth. it's kid friendly and would be great for discussion time.
This is a really cute book for children! It has wonderfully colorful pictures, and the message about supportive friends is a great one! Good information about dental visits!
This is a great book to read before you go to the dentist. When children know what it going to happen in a new situation they are far less fearful.
On his first trip to the dentist, Charley gets lots of moral support from Maisy and friends in a full-length story readers will be eager to sink their teeth into. Maisy's friend Charley has a wobbly tooth! He's going to the dentist for the first time, and he's a little nervous. Luckily, Maisy, Tallulah, Eddie, and Cyril are happy to accompany their toothy friend to the dentist's office, where they make some fun discoveries: a twirly chair that goes up and down, a special cup to spit in, and a proper tooth-brushing demonstration. Charley gets an x-ray, a smiley button, and a book to take home, but what will happen with his wobbly tooth?
This book got us through Henry's first dentist appointment, along with Dora Goes to the Dentist. Our favorite thing was the dentist's name: Dr. Biteright. Henry and I thought that was so funny that he asked the dental assistant and the dentist if they were Dr. Biteright. - 2023
Simple dentist walk through. I would suggest Dora's Dora Goes to the Dentist for kids that can sit longer. - 2021
Otra aventura Maisy maravilloso.
Charley is visiting the dentist for the first time for a loose tooth and he is a little nervous. With the help of his friends, Charley soon realizes the dentist isn't scary. He also learns how to properly take care of his teeth.
A cute Maisy story that talks about going to the dentist as well as losing your baby teeth. Perfect to read aloud to children, especially to prepare them for the dentist.
