The Know It Owl and the Beluga is the sixth book in The Know It Owl series by Terri Sabol. It is a cute children’s book with an educational component as the story educates us about Belugas- enlightening us with ‘Beluga facts’ as well as providing some fun ‘activities’.
The story is accompanied by some wonderful, colourful, and interesting illustrations which really help to bring everything to life.
As expected from Ms. Sabol, this is quite a delightful children’s story, and sets the series off to a great start, learning about lots of interesting animals with the Know It Owl.

This is another fun read in The Know It Owl series. This time around, Owl is hanging out with tall telling beluga whale. Owl has to correct just about everything he says to the point that Owl knows Whale better than he does himself! Whale will present a "fact" that Owl quickly debunks for the truth.

Kids will love learning more about the beluga whale in this book. While it is fictional, there are some facts included. There is also a drawing activity, a "seek and find" activity and more. Kids will love the "snot fact" too!

A great read with wonderful full page pictures and awesome facts to go along. Couldn’t ask for more of a children’s book than whimsical animal characters with lively personalities, but this book has so much more. Whether you have a fascination for science or a kid who loved whales. This interactive picture book has fun features, searches and even a small maze. Every turn of the page was a fun fact and something interactive! It kept my three year old fully entertained and asking for more. Will definitely be a much loved family book in apart of a series!

Just another great story for our little ones to enjoy. I love how Owl never says anything negative. He just gives out positive facts which makes this story a treat to read. The author also added activities for the children to learn and follow along with. The pictures are spectacular and a child could read the story by themselves, just by reading the pictures. My grandchildren and I enjoy reading this author's books. So much to be learned in a fun way. Not to mention the conversation starters. A must have for all children's libraries.

This book is part of a series that is easy for children to read and will keep them interacting all the way through. In this book Owl visits with Beluga the Whale. The characters are fun, creative and bring their story to life in the colorful pages. They will keep your child asking questions throughout. I also enjoyed the fun way the characters present things that make children easy to learn from. This is an engaging story that any child would love to read. I highly recommend this book.

Sabol and the owl are back with another installment in the Know-It-Owl series and this time it's about the Beluga Whale. I love the way these stories are set up…the banter between the owl and the animals, the amount of information Sabol provides her readers, and the illustrations are top notch. This is one of my favorite kids series and definitely one you need to have on your bookshelves. I can't wait to see what animal we are going to learn about next!

Wonderful lesson in getting to know the Beluga Whale. This is for an advanced reader or for an adult to read to younger kids as some of the words and terms will be too difficult for young children to understand. The illustrations are fantastic, and the knowledge and facts are fascinating. I never knew these things and now understand more about this wonderful whale. This is an amazing series of books and I am learning things I never knew.

The Know It Owl series has quickly become a favorite of mine because it makes learning so much fun. In this story, Owl pays a visit to Beluga Whale, who’s a big sports fan but has some of his facts mixed up. I couldn’t help but smile when Owl teased him with, “What a tale, Beluga Whale,” before setting the record straight.

What makes these books so special is how interactive they feel. When I read them with kids, they love taking on the voices—sometimes I get to be the sarcastic but wise Owl, while they jump right into the role of the curious animal. The illustrations are beautiful, too, and really help bring the playful conversations to life while showing how misconceptions turn into real understanding!

The Know it Owl series created by Terri Sabol is so adorable! The illustrations and humor are just what you need in order to learn about the animals and sea creatures that are featured in each book. The Beluga whales are very interesting and there are lots of great facts about them in this story. I wonderful learning tool and book for storytime.

I just love all these books with the Know it Owl and the animals he teaches you about. In this book, the Know it Owl helps Beluga whale know who she is. You learn all kinds of facts about Belugas. There are interactive games to do and you can also learn how to draw them! Very cool story for kids of all ages!

Terri does it again! This book is full of facts that I had no idea about with Beluga whales! I love all the consistency with the whole series and I love learning something new. My husband, son, and I enjoy reading it together!
