Peace is hard to find, no matter how many thousands of miles you fly away from your problems. No statement could be truer for Priest, who has always been the savior for everyone on his team. He’s the man with the plan, and despite the fact that everyone in his hometown believes him to be dead, he’s still called upon to fix what everyone else messes up in his absence. Priest’s sister, Jazzlyn, finds herself in too deep in a game she was never meant to play, leaving Priest to once again come to her rescue. But her deliberate disobedience, arrogant attitude, and lack of appreciation for the life Priest has always provided for her pushes her brother over the edge, causing him to wash his hands of her to teach her one of the most important lessons in how to stand on her own two feet. Things get sticky for Jazzy, sparking a chain of events that could either lead to her demise or force her to rise to the occasion and find success in her own abilities. Across the ocean, Priest takes on the task of rebuilding his relationship with Britain while attempting to heal from his oldest wounds. When painful history is rehashed, it threatens to bring Priest’s relationship with Britain to its knees, and Britain must find enough strength within herself to help them both weather the storm. Will Britain be able to hold Priest down just as he had her back when she needed him most, or will she fold under pressure when it seems she’s the only one still fighting for The Love of Priest?
I love this story and how realistic it is in regards to the drug business and all it comes with. I still dislike Jazzy and feel like for all the smack they talk Priest is the only one with a vision. Like he’s the only intelligent one besides Kaymen. Jru do too much and never enough and Jazzy always biting off more than she can chew with no sense. I get she’s been the princess and spoiled but it’s like what’s possessing you to choose the path you choosing? Like All of them make Priest out to be so bad so terrible but every-time he gives them the chance to showcase their ability is pure BS. Like ENOUGH MAN. Idk how many parts we got left but boyyyy Im ready for Priest to actually get some peace. Overall the theme I get here is accountability and how prideful behavior will always lead to ruin. They all gotta come to some sort of agreement.
Girl ... only 305 pages ? Stop playing with me, Rose
Cameron finally got what he deserved.
J'ru is always fucking the plan up!!!! But I'm truly hoping he didn't take it that far with Dreux. I have hope since it wasn't really confirmed.
Idk why Brit and Jazzy don't think shit through.
Priest on demon time was everything I needed to see. But his revelation was even more heart breaking.
Idk, I do feel like everyone around him still lacks accountability. Including Brit and ESPECIALLY J'ru. They're always "well, you did this which in turn caused me to do this" and I don't buy it. Be your own person.
Jazzy just doesn't learn. She's becoming more of a goofy day by day. I can understand why Priest is fed up with her.
I'm hoping the guys don't get screwed with this business venture, but they deserve to finally get their HEA.
The book had a few editing problems, but it was nothing too outrageous.
This series has me dead hooked! Straight from book 1-3 and as soon as book 4 drops my feelings will be the same!
My heart goes to priest because he is a man of character but also someone who carries the weight load of everyone and everything ! he is a man of many hats and tries to hold those titles without allowing himself to breath or catch a break! When you look at it how can he take a break when everyone around him does not LISTEN! And he feels no matter what he is left to pick up their pieces and clean up their dirty work!
Book 3 had me hating jazzy😒‼️ her ass is so stubborn she does not realize she is the fault of her own issues! She expects everyone to fall to her knees but now that she is left with nothing can she really pick up the pieces to prove she is capable , I pray so because if not the relationship that she barely has with her brother I don’t know if it will remain the same or help them grow🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️! I hope book 4 will allow all the characters to grow mentally and see each others perspectives without more damage being causes and I hope that priest and Brittan are able to heal and have the life they have envisioned for themselves and WITHOUT any more drama or secrets 🤷🏽♀️😩

Rose you keep going up. Best installment yet! I wanted to see Priest activate and he surely did. He activated and then detonated and scorched everyone and everything in his path.
We seem to be in the thick of it with no signs of letting up. There’s a new villain that needs to be dealt with.
We peeled back another layer of Priest Kanaz Justice and I was not disappointed. The subjects this installment touched on was so necessary and not talked about enough among black ppl, black men, especially.
Listen, I love Priest down but he is a bit self absorbed at times. Check in on your bros, that’s the number one rule. I understand that Priest was the fixer, but as Britain stated, that is a role he put himself in.
Kaymen so solid, man. That boy just be there for the vibes. Whatever you need, that’s the man for the job.
I can’t wait until Sylvia’s draggy foot, bald mouth, lint licking, scum sucking, dragon breath having behind gets what she deserves. I truly feel like Priest cutting her off was not enough. She is a horrible mother.
YES!!! Book 3 had me all the way in my feelings. Jazzy is finally coming into her own and I am HERE for it! Her and baby daddy?? YES, YES, YES! The chemistry, I need more. Now let’s talk about Priest... I get him, I really do. But at the same time, He’s always positioning himself as the one people need and then acting like the savior when they lean on him. Meanwhile, Jazzy has been out here fighting for her freedom forever, but apparently, it only counts when it's on his terms? That part lost me a little. Still, his complexity adds a lot. But back to Jazzy Book 4 better be all about her, because I’m hooked on her life. She’s layered, flawed, fierce, and finding herself in such a powerful way. The writing? Chef’s kiss. If you're not already reading this series, you’re missing out. Seriously.
Listen, Rose M.., you got me in a straight chokehold with series I love all things Priest. I am so invested that when the books end in a cliffhanger, I'm thoroughly upset.
This book delved into some heavy stuff that Priest, Nia, and Jazzy went through at the hands of Uncle Mike. Who knew?
In addition, this book is a rollercoaster of ups and downs, highs and lows. Just when things seem to be going well for the crew, another shoe drops.
I am so ready for the next episode....Rose M., please don't take long writing book 4.
I honestly don’t know how to feel about this series now. It’s like I’m reading a soap opera cause when we going to get some closer? I’m invested so I will continue reading but I need resolutions. Yes brit shouldn’t have lied, Yes Jazzy is spoiled but priest made her that way. Spare the rod spoil the child as the old folks say. I truly hope for closer in the next book cause it’s a lot going on.
Priest can only blame himself for Jazzy’s behavior. But lawd the secrets. The lady couch isn’t enough for Priest. He probably needs a grippy sock vacation. Britain be on my nerves sometimes but she gets it together.
I sure hope Priest takes care of Jazlyn. She needs help with Daniel. I like Ahkeem. I hope he is on the up and up. I can’t wait until book 4 gets released.
