This book is quite old now but for its publish date it is massively ahead of its time. The strength programs and nutrition info are very good, this is worth reading if you are a track sprinter or speed strength athlete.

At the time I read this book I loved their didactic approach. What most caught my attention was on the football, in a study that shows that even with increased weight of the players, their speed increases suffered because your strength levels.
