I can't wait to start cooking from this! The book is so colorful and cheery, and all of the recipes are ones I would make. There are loads of plant-based recipes, as well as a good number of meaty dishes also, so a bit of something for everyone. Everything looks/sounds so fresh and nourishing. I am especially excited about the plentiful salad recipes as the photographs make them all look so tantalizing. My only critique is 2 small editing things: page 195 show a photo of cucumbers on toast, and references a recipe for sesame cucs on page 272. Only that recipe is actually on page 207. Also, the photograph on page 197 that accompanies the recipe for Veggies & Eggs on 196, does not reflect the ingredients in that recipe, so not sure if that was a mistake or intentional. Food-wise though, I can't wait to eat from this book!
Usually when I see salads in a cookbook I tend to roll my eyes, but these looked fantastic! I can’t wait to try them! I marked quite a few other recipes to try as well. Thank you Goodreads for this copy!
