I thought this self-help book was good – it contained simple strategies for achieving goals.

This is one of the few self-help books I would recommend to the general reader.

Fantastic book!! Loved it being in a condensed no nonsense form. But be prepared to stop and write a lot of notes while reading this book. I've just finished reading it and will now go back and write all the notes I need and take action. Also love that this is by a New Zealand author ❤
