This is one book I will surely keep on my shelf for reference. I have read through it fully and continue to pick it up regularly and open to a random page for a a quick inspirational read for the day. The tips in 101+ Secrets are super easy to implement and it will surely make a difference in your health. It reminds me of the little things I can do each and every day to reach my goals.

The book starts out with an empowering message about nutrition based on a whole-person lifestyle. This isn't just about what we physically consume, but how all parts of life connect to create or wreck our natural balance. Emotional health needs to be part of our healthcare. Based on my own health challenges I agree wholeheartedly with this and have found the information in this book beneficial to improving my diet.

As someone who wanted to live a healthier lifestyle and feel better about what they were eating, I decided to download this book. This book pleasantly surprised me, it was not all food related as I had expected it to be, although it does include lots of great valuable food and body information, it is also a focus on bringing a balance to all parts of your life so you feel 'whole' again and are achieving what you really want. Loved this book and I'm not surprised it's on the bestseller lists I was struck by the author's motivation for writing the book and the unique and sincere way she imparts her information. The author has respect for the reader and their desire for better nutrition and health and it shines through in the text.

Each chapter is written simply and makes a point. I found the information to be in line with most of the recent recommended studies, especially the chapter on fat intake.Some of it is common

This is a great book with easy and quick tips to help those of us who want to eat a cleaner diet and have a healthier lifestyle, mentally, physically and spiritually. Full of full illustrations don't let the simplicity of the design fool you. What it does, is allow you to improve your health and your life by taking one or two tips a day or a week and incorporate them into your life. For absolutely everyone!
