As an experienced database guy but a newbie to TOAD, I don't feel 'unleashed' at all, having read this book cover to cover. Its basic, and mostly useless. would have preferred more Tips and Tricks and less introductory explanation of self-explanatory screens. I give it two stars because I learned how to organize SQL scripts and files through the projects manager for better cataloguing of my work... however TOAD is far behind SQL Srvr Mgmt Studio in ability to organize scripts and processes, so even this newly learned skill was useful-but-not-that-useful
