cute little illustrations, funny story, the rhymes are fine. it is very long. that's my only complaint. but my toddler loves it and I could see a preschooler enjoying this as well

My students like for me to read this over and over again. They like the rhyming and can even finish the sentences as I read them. They drew pictures of animals that make bad pets. One student made up his own animal - very good imagination!
