A great and insightful read. I recommend this book to all who lack the fruit of the spirit in the area of self control. An easy yet, profound read.

I enjoyed the very practical book. He presented advice on how to retrain ourselves to think biblically and turn to God in all different challenging areas of life. It was hope filled and optimistic. Focusing on trusting God to work in us as we work hard to kill sinful, habitual responses.

Has some great biblical nuggets of counsel and is motivating. But I expected more, so it was disappointing to see the disorganization and repetition in the book.
