Reading this helped me understand the dynamics of our business, and to relish instead of dreading the friction that occurs in multidisciplinary teams. It also allows me to embrace and champion our project based approach to solving our client challenges. By building and destroying teams for each projects we can react very dynamically to new projects. It also allows us to view our teams independently from limited employee resources. We often bring in outside expertise to be part of a team, and to work with clients from around the world using communication technology. If you have these challenges, you will enjoy this book.
