This book contains lots of good info on healthy eating and weight loss, strategies for staying on track, and is a good motivator for getting started and keeping with a program.
Tho a bit dated (1998), I enjoyed the book. Having read many healthy eating/weight loss books over the past couple of years, I didn't see anything in this 1998 book that "dated" it, nor did I read info that had been updated in more recent years.
