This book was about teaching football for players and coaches. It used the Coerver Coaching method. The book taught me many things like the hook turn, the U turn step over, the step over scissors and the pull through step over.
The best bits about the book were:
• When it showed the different types of drills you could do using the type of skills and coaching.
• And when I realised there were always the same 2 people in each page. id prefer different people per page.
