This books covers a lot of topics relevant to athletes: stretching, strength training, eating, and treating injuries. I had high hopes for what I would get from it, but quite a bit of the information seemed dated. In particular, I found that some of the stretching and eating advice is out of favor as of 2021. This just seems to be the nature of the fitness and nutrition fields.
