Because of the title, I figured I was not going to rate this book. It was supposed to be a lazy attempt at tackling a serious subject and I only wanted to check the online questions...or so I thought.
After finishing it I'm very happy to have been wrong. This was one of the best work on PMP certification preparation I've run across. Granted that preparation process of any test is a very personal thing, this book is good in my appreciation. Definitely better than other in a few basic areas: It follows a logical path between processes and it was checked for grammar!! (a deficiency of some reputed online courses I've checked).
This is a well done work which was, obviously, done by professionals. They went a long way to provide anything they thought of that might help PMP candidates prepare. Tables, angles, ideas, tips, more tables, etc. I was impressed by that.
I'm very glad I didn't let the title discourage me. Any one preparing for the PMP certification exam should at least have a look into this material.

Realmente es muy básico y para los que esperamos certificar PMP, no vale la pena leerlo.
Para quienes quieren únicamente interiorizarse en Proyectos, es una buena opción. Se lee rápido.

So, all of this PMP mess is a giant scam...if I'm late to this particular party...well, it's because i didn't really want to come in the first place. The food is awful, the drinks are watered down, and the conversation is dreadful.

The things we do for a promotion...

Was pretty useful because it was able to communicate the same topics in a much more relevant fashion and make it simpler than the arcane and tedious language that the PMBOK uses.

I've picked this up and put it down several times due to a hectic semester in graduate school. Excellent test prep guide - I will use again, as I am not planning on taking the exam until after the spring semester is over.
Very pleased overall
