Not too bad, stuff I would actually eat. But many of the recipes are basically the same thing - change the beef to pork, the beans to corn, give it a new name. Kind of like a Danielle Steel novel . . . . .

Great basic information

Enjoyed the overall book, but not sure I would try most recipes. But they generated lots of ideas for adapting them to dishes we would prefer.

Beloved Bisquick

This book gives many recipes.Bisquick is a bakers delight.I have used it since I was a teenager.Try it,you'll like it!

Unimpressive lack of classic recipes from older cook books. I wouldn't consider this a book with enough recipes to justify the name.

Bisquick Recipes

There are a lot of really good ideas and recipes in this book. I will be trying quite a few for my family.
