Simply unforgettable…and wildly dangerous.

Angelina Márquez’s perfect memory recall makes her ideally suited to manage the Manhattan Ten superhero crew, a task that sometimes borders on insanity. Still, the price of being everything to everyone is high.

A recruiting trip to UCLA does nothing to cure her chronic insomnia. Intel indicates someone in the L.A. Pack may be harbor

Angel is the story of...well, Angel, who is the super brain of the Manhattan Ten. She's on her way to a recruitment fair in Los Angeles and she's investigating the murders of a handful of other superheroes. But then, there's a situation. Panther's brother, Quan, has just flow in and caused a scene. First and foremost, I WANT MORE MANHATTAN TEN RIGHT THIS INSTANT LOLA!!!!!!! (please…)

These characters! These stories! These romances! HOW does she do it?!

Angel was the fourth (and last, for now I HOPE) installment in the thrilling Manhattan Ten series and starred, you guessed it, Angel.

Up until now, Angel has been the “gets shit done” go-to woman on the M10 because of her photographic memory bank and ability to recall any of those memories at will. She’s like a human database and honestly, I ha

I haven’t read the previous four books in the Manhattan Ten series (Yes, this is #4 and there are four previous books), but the blurb about this one intrigued me. Quite honestly, I liked the book at the beginning but it didn’t take long before Angel and Quan got on my nerves. I had to force myself to finish the book.

Flashbacks are great for information or for emphasis, but when there are tons of them and they won’t quit, it jars me out of the story. And in this book, sometimes that would happen
Angel is an integral part of the Manhattan Ten superhero team. She's the one that handles everything where it goes so smoothly you don't really think about it. I've been awaiting her book for awhile now, and was so glad to see her story was next. She has a photographic memory, but it can be somewhat of a curse at times. She constantly is not able to shut off her brain so she gets flashes as she goes throughout her day, not to mention not being able to sleep due to her non-stop mind.

On a recruiting trip to UCLA, Angelina Marquez’s suddenly becomes a cat sitter to shifter Tequani and when they find their selves in the middle of a trap they will have to pool their resources to stay alive in this mesmerizing paranormal fantasy. The world has some unique and interesting elements and intriguing characters and I thoroughly enjoyed this quick exciting romance although I do feel that it was too short to truly do it justice. Also, I want to point out that I have not read the previou ...more
I enjoyed this book, but at the same time, I was extremely disappointed with it! I would not have thought that Angel would be paired up with Panther's brother, and I really couldn't see what attracted them to each other. I also didn't see how Tequani's feelings changed so that he wanted to stay in New York on a permanent basis, it just seemed like a sudden shift in attitude. For an erotic novel publishing company, I was disappointed in not having at least one sexual encounter! I can see where th ...more

A good read.

A wild panther shifter lose in the LAX... hehe not one i hear that often. I loved the story from start to end. For me the plot is vague but in the end i understand everything or understand it as much as i can. The plot relies heavily on what happened in the books before 'Angel' so for me though i loved and understand the surface of what was going. I was still left with more questions.

That being said this is a paranormal book and this book delivered that with the addition of hot siz

I LOVE THIS SERIES! I especially loved this installment. Angel has an eidetic memory. She forgets nothing. It makes her a great administrator for the M10 but is hell on a personal life. When she rescues Jag’s brother from himself she is put on babysitting duty but oh baby jaguar shifter Tequani is no baby and sitting isn’t exactly in her wheelhouse. I love that Angel got her chance to shine in this story and I’d love to visit with the M10 again soon.

“I had a party to plan, reminders to send, some positive PR to get out, L.A. travel plans to take care of and now a bit of a conspiracy to start unraveling.
For starters.
Just another average Sunday with the M10.”
“He shrugged and slipped the glasses on. "Do I look like a bodyguard now?"
With his solid muscle, that suit, and those shades? More like a hit man. But that would work. I needed people to keep their distance from the testy panther, and no one was going to come close when he looked perfectly capable of masterminding a mob hit.”
