A malcontent gang of teenagers called the “Cemetery Boys” hang out in the world’s largest graveyard. By chance the Cemetery Boys stumble on the evil empire of CROWLEY'S TOMB. Stealing items from the tomb with hopes of fame and fortune has the teens fighting the armies of the night.
Surviving the great escape back home turns out to be against all odds. The teenagers made a pact with the Devil and the Devil has come home to collect on the debt. Unfortunately their actions invite evil into the village when the Devil decides to make house calls. Crossing the Devil has grave consequences. The Occult kills one of the gang members while also taking the Cemetery Boys' mentor known as the Wizard hostage.
With a taste for revenge the Cemetery Boys must attempt a suicidal mission avoiding a swarm of police by going back into the Devil’s playground. Countless miles behind enemy lines the Cemetery Boys will embrace in an Apocalyptic Battle at the Gates of Hell.
There is only one way out, they've got one chance, and one night on Hallows Eve to betray the Devil and his army. These are the Cemetery Boys; kill them all and let God sort them out.
A lifetime of experiences- from growing up in the foster care system and seeing the system fail kids who were born into unfortunate circumstances, to my own struggles with religion, surviving divorce and infidelity, as well as the many profound friendships over the years - helped shape me into the person I am today: honest, unafraid to speak the truth, compassionate, and someone who truly enjoys the simple pleasures in life! My journey has led me to my true passion: writing, which I look forward to sharing with you in many different genres.
I reside in the beautiful Sarasota/Bradenton area of Florida, where I enjoy many passions: cooking, making new friends & developing relationships through FaceBook, football, dogs, meditation, motorcycles and working out. I am especially passionate about all things nature related, including spending time exploring the gulf beaches, boating, snorkeling, kayaking, camping, wildlife exploration and feeding the birds & squirrels. My biggest passion is writing while overlooking the serene Manatee River from my window.
I was born in the Chicago area and lived in many states during my childhood. I spent many years living in Las Vegas, NV as an adult, where I owned popular Italian Restaurants/Pizzerias before returning to my true home - the incomparable Gulf Coast of Florida. I am 49, active, young at heart and embrace aging, which has helped fuel my passions!

I love reading horror and thrillers. This was both. Some parts I struggled with due to my religious beliefs but it is an amazing book! You get to know the characters and love them. And you will understand that there are rebels in heaven! Anyone who buys and reads this book will not be sorry! I am anxiously awaiting the movie! I have seen the trailer and it is awesome! And to the people who have added it,but not yet read, what are you waiting for? It's a very addicting book
Casey is a master of his craft. He has an incredible writing style. He is very thorough when developing the characters. The plot is incredibly intricate and he manages to often portrays the plot from 2 different angles, by showing what each group goes through. The cemetery boys often split in two groups but he manages expertly to pick up each of the lines and connects them. The characters are an incredible mix of people.
There were a few things I struggled with however. The book was a tad on the lengthy side. I had difficulties for a big part of the book to try and distinguish the different cemetery boys. A group of 13 was a bit much for me.
There were tons of music and songs references which were a bit much for me but make sense in this book.
This book depicts a lot of political and religious views, so if the reader is sensitive to those this might be a tough read, thankfully I am not. There are a ton of gory depictions in this book and again are not for the faint of heart.
I have received this book from the author for an honest review.
holy shit what a great book and sorry not sure if i can say that but its so good i loved everything about it the chacters were great i was hooked on the book and stayed up way past my bed time cause i didnt wanna stop reading it
I was given a copy for an honest review. I liked this book and will say yes I liked this book. It took me a bit to get into the book, it was me not wanting to read for several days but once I did I couldn't put it down. Casey did a great job and can see more to come.
What a great clever read! Evil presented in a way you have never experienced. I loved the way this story was done- not your normal read. This book made for several days of great reading. I highly recommend, you will enjoy. I won this book in a Goodreads giveaway.
I was hesitant to read at first because horror is typically not my genre. What intrigued me into reading was Casey's description on the back of the 313 page novel. "With a refreshing, more sinister mind of madness, new creative author Casey J. Moore's purpose for your eternal nightmares is simple: I love telling the truth to the treaders mind, body, and soul about the dirty deeds of mankind through a spine-chilling odyssey of horror. I feel the time is now for readers to enjoy new flavors of evil through the creation of reliable story lines, heroes, villains, and clever endings. It's time for a new "fashion" writer (mystery, suspense, horror, and music infused with illustrations) to put horror back on the map. I am a firm believer that old, tired, standards were meant to be broken. Are you ready for a change?"
Fusion -- interesting concept that made Crowley's Tomb intriguing enough for this scaredy cat to purchase and read. Something Casey left out of his description that this reader appreciated was HUMOR. Just when the fright level was almost more than I could handle, humor would be added to lighten that part up enough to keep me reading.
It seems almost ironic that I can say that I honestly enjoyed reading Crowley's Tomb , a "horror", but indeed I did. As I read I made comments in the margin, you tubed the musical references, and even researched several weapons he mentioned by name that I had not heard of. Religion was also a huge part of CT and several places had me stopping and thinking.
Then ending was everything an ending is supposed to be; holy hell I didn't see that coming! This scaredy cat is giving Casey five stars based an content, quality, and talent! A very good read and one I can see reading again.
I loved it! It took me awhile to get it read because I work alot but in my off time I didn't want to put it down. It's an amazing, addicting storyline that will make you cringe, laugh, cry and have you shaking! With fear and music! And I can't wait to see the movie! The trailer is on YouTube Crowley's Tomb! You won't be sorry but you might be scared!
very gory and bloody, adult language is a must when reading this story, and I like Shadow the best but the ending was pretty good. only thing I didn't like was animal abuse.
