This book is amazing. Unconventional and innately spiritual.
I highly recommend it.

I love this book and Mooji. Every time I read it I am immersed in it as it continually reminds me of the Atman in us all. I wish he would return more to Vedanta rather than how his more recent satsangs are. When he was in Tiru for all those years he was a beacon of light for Vedanta, but now I'm not sure if that is his focus. Anyway, I will always be thankful to him and this book.

This is a wisdom book you dip in and out of, a collection of some of Mooji's short spoken teachings. Its one of those books I found to be highly synchronistic- very often the teaching would be just what i needed to hear, or something I had been pondering. The illustrations are a delight.

Which only applies if you believe in an a ...more

The book is comprised of small saying and excerpts from conversations over many years, so there are no chapters per say more a combination of daily type readings.

“Those who feel bored in life are ever seeking entertainment for their minds. The lovers of God are ever content and serenely happy, for they are fed through the heart and not through the mind”

“Life does not worry about life
Only the mind does”
