Crowned starts out with these three words “Believe in yourself.” That’s what this book is about.

Quinn is a fairy with the dream of becoming the fairy princess. So she makes all the preparations. She gets her dress ready. She prepares her sceptre. She puts her crown on her head and then tries to think how to find a hero to make her into a queen. She goes in search of one kissing all the frogs, looking in all the mirrors and all the other things princesses have done in fairy tales. She doesn’t fin

Quinn is a fairy sprite who dreams of becoming queen. But how does one become a queen? All the books Quinn has ever read claim that damsels in distress are rescued by princes and then live happily ever after. Quinn’s search for a handsome prince is brought to an abrupt halt by a nasty two-headed ogre who threatens the safety of Fairy Land.
Can Quinn summon the queen inside her heart to outwit this evil foe?

Quinn wished for velvet gowns of green

To dazzle in the morning light
With gems and sequins shining bright."

And now that Quinn is all decked out...

She learns that a king must re

I love Quinn, and think she would make a great role model for little girls. The rhyming story is simple and easy to follow, and easy to read for young readers, as well. The illustrations are big and colorful, and simply adorable. Quinn shows that girls don't need to be "rescued" by boys, and that it's okay for them to be smart, brave, and independent.

There are a couple of activity pages at the end of the story as we

Children are sure to enjoy this delightful rhyming book with it's vivid pictures, I sure did. Easy to follow, well illustrated, cute and just plain fun. A must for any young reader's library. A plus for any little Princess out there, proving we all have dreams and dreams can come true. And another plus it has a couple interactive games at the end children are sure to enjoy. Simply delightful! A definite must have and a great gift for Christmas!
