My favorite book I've written? Maybe.

It’s difficult to really explain what it’s about because much of what goes on the first half seems to defy explanation, and much of the rest bounces back and forth between historical flashbacks and an increasingly confused present.

I can’t say much more than that without creating spoilers, but I can tell you that Vector wraps together Abraham Lincoln, Leonardo da Vinci, Bill Buckner and the 1986 World Series, the First Crusade and the sack of Jerusalem, Judas

Wow! This story is completely mind-bending and truly left me shaking my head at the end at the final resolution. Nothing is as it seems to be when you start reading this story. At first, I thought I was reading something like The Matrix, then I thought it was like The Da Vinci Code and then I just felt compelled to keep going to see how it would end. I do not want to give spoilers because part of the fun of the story is trying to figure out if VIctor is insane and hallucinating or if these thing ...more

For a large part of this book, it was hovering between 2 and 3 stars for me. But the ending and the twists really elevated this book and I feel I didn't give the author enough credit.

As I said, for a large part of the book, there was no real plot and it was primarily wish fulfilment. It was fun to read, but it felt very surface level.

I doubt I will read any other books of this author, but this one was a fun quick read.

I read the blurb and it seemed sufficiently interesting despite the bodice-ripper cover. There's an interesting short story here. The sexy bits pad it out to barely novel-length, but if you minimized that, a good novella. If the blurb sounds appealing it's worth a bit of your time. ...more

Not bad

A interesting novella of absolute power and subsequent initial and then ultimate actions. A little erotic heavy, but fitting with what many would likely do.

This book is so much more than typical erotica and was really fun to read. Dalton did an amazing job of blending genres, creating a fascinating intersection of science, history, and theology. But, it’s also erotica so there’s plenty of really hot sex.

The story hooked me from the beginning when Dalton introduced Victor, the endearing main character. Implausible things begin happening to Victor from the very first scene, and continue throughout the book. I don’t want to give any spoilers because
