Livre de référence sur la résilience.
Je lis lentement mais c'est tout à fait intéressant :)

Me parait un peu daté ! Parle surtout des traumatismes liés aux guerres (dont la 2de Guerre Mondiale - sa génération) et aux catastrophes naturelles. Un peu loin de mon vécu forcément.. Pas inintéressant cependant.

A terminer, retour dans la pal en attendant le bon moment.

It's a book that deeply related to myself. The author talks about those experiences people suffered and how to re-define meanings of our experience. An interesting book, but for me, I have difficulties understanding all of the explanation of the theory. Still, I can share the same emotion with the examples. It makes me want to know more about the Psychology. ...more

4 étoiles 1/2 ⭐️ Boris Cyrulnik est un homme d'une intelligence aiguisée et j'ai vraiment apprécié ses propos justes et sensibles sur l'expérience humaine. "Un merveilleux malheur" se lit facilement. Bien qu'il traite de concepts psychologiques, on lit le bouquin comme on lirait un oeuvre littéraire. J'ai beaucoup apprécié. La résilience, dont il est question dans ce livre, est une de ces prouesses humaines qui me fascine et me donne espoir, foi en la vie. J'ai trouvé incroyable de lire des cas ...more
