Excellent book, obviously for healthcare professionals but also for non-clinical persons employed in a healthcare setting where they wish to understand better the complex technicalities of medical conditions, easily understood by the layperson whilst still a useful resource for professionals.

Used it for both my physiology and anatomy revision. Comes in handy.
I recommend it for anyone who has interest in biology, not just med students.
