I thought that this was a great, original story. I wasn't sure that I would be interested in a ghost story and the fact that Nix had an autistic son is what actually drew me to this book. These authors made the feel of the book so real that I forgot that I was actually reading a story about ghosts. The characters, both alive and dead, were fantastic and endearing. I tried my hardest to read this book with the aim of providing a balanced critical review and there is a problem - I can't think of anything negative to say about it. This book is beautifully crafted; the storyline is rich with detail and sub-plots that draw the reader in and the main characters Gregg and Billy are ominous and yet equally hilarious and heart-warming when you get to know them. A ghostly talr

LOVED the storyline and the characters, both living and dead. There were definitely places the writing needed an editor's hand, but overall a good read, and I look forward to the sequel!
