I found this book to be a bit on the doom and gloom side of things and I almost DNF'd it. I'm not sure if it was because of my mood, but some things in here was you can't/shouldn't eat this and that, you should only eat this or that and it didn't really ring true to me or realistic. Some things were helpful and informative, but overall it was a bit mood sucking and pessimistic and I need a bit of optimisim right now.
