I truly enjoyed Cowboy Heat Volume 1. Both stories were hot with heroines with backbones that didn't take no mess from their Cowboy but struggled with inner doubt.

In Ivy League Cowboy, I fell in love with Dusty character as a person and bull rider. She had a bigger fight and chose to love with no regret and set free the man who she gave her all to. As she stated, she also took away his prize possession, herself. Zach would not be deterred because he went for the girl and the horse but came back

This was one of those books where I couldn't help but fall into it. The writing is lyrical but not in a way I would have pictured. I couldn't turn the pages fast enough, and I certainly cannot wait until the next installment is released!

The love stories told, folded within the drama of every day life made these tales believable and the chemistry between the characters is absolutely smokin' hot! I can honestly say, I melted a little each time. The way Hardt describes something as simple as a kis

Favorite Quote:

“Yeah, I’m in the mood. You’re beautiful, Cowboy. A woman would have to be dead not to be in the mood around you.”

My Review:

Cowboys that are well-educated, model handsome, rich, smart, witty, fun, well endowed, and sexy. Sign me up for that fantasy please. This collection was sensual and entertaining, but more than a bit angsty. Ms. Hardt’s writing crosses several genres with touches of suspense, humor, lots of steam, and both new adult and adult contemporary romance. I enjoyed an

Book 1:
Dusty wants nothing more than to ride El Diablo in the ring to get the prize money of $500,000! Only problem is Zach McCray! He does not want to allow her to ride in the ring! He has old fashion thinking snd doesn’t feel Dusty will be safe with the bull. What ensues is a battle of wills, and a love story for the ages. There is a definite attraction between Dusty and Zach, but can they overcome their differences to make it work!! Ah, that is the $500,000 question!! LOL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I feel I should start this review with a disclaimer. I am in no way a country girl. I chose to be apart of this tour because I am becoming a huge fan of Helen Hardt. I have read a few of her historical romances and was immediately swept up into the world of her characters and their lives. Ok, disclaimer done. “Cowboy Heat” is just what the title states and SO much more. I became immersed in the world of rodeos, ranching, barrel racing with Dusty, Zach, Dallas, and Annie. I mean like all in, and ...more

I loved both these books very much. I couldn't get enough of the sexy cowboys that are so gentle, kind and will take care of their woman no matter what it takes.
The first book (Cowboy Heat) had plenty of heat in it. Zach is one special kind of man. Dusty and Zach were meant to be together and the problems they had to get to that point, made their relationship even more special. Dusty had to learn to trust that someone would be there for her no matter the outcome and she also had to realize Zach

I was given an ARC of this book for a honest review. Cowboy Heat is a book containing 2 stories. The first story is about Dusty a young lady who initially met Zach when she was six and he was thirteen. Now many years later they met again when Zach has a bull which if a person can ride him for 8 seconds than they will get half a million dollars except woman need not apply. But than there is Dusty who is head strong and needs the money and refuses to except no for and answer. The second story is a ...more

I am a cowboy fan. I love rodeos and ranching and hot cowboys. Cowboy Heat delivered with two sexy romances. We are introduced to the McCray family - wealthy ranchers in Colorado. In "Ivy League Cowboy" Zach McCray fights for the strong-willed Dusty. This was my favorite story of the two. Dusty was such a strong woman, her backstory touching, and she is even a bull whisperer! Her relationship with Zach reminds readers the power of love.

The second story "A Cowboy and A Gentleman" was also good, b

Two hot romances in one book!
Dusty and Zach's romance is hot from the beginning. They knew each other when they were young, but Dusty and her family had to move away to Montana. They meet again years later at a rodeo. Dusty is a strong, beautiful woman with mad math and rodeo skills. Zach is a rich, handsome rancher with the bull that Dusty is determined to ride to earn the money to save her ranch. They fall for each other but their are obstacles to remove before they get their HEA.

I received a complimentary copy in exchange for an honest review.

It’s been a long time since I have read a “cowboy” romance I have enjoyed so much. It was definitely steamy, to be sure, but it was the characters that kept me reading. Even though the plot wasn’t something mind-blowing, or even new, but it was hard not to become invested in the characters and their . Despite their flaws and issues, they were good people and I found myself rooting for them, even the characters who were initially sh

I am so freaking glad I was introduced to this family. I love love the cowboys, they are so typically rough and tough that you can almost smell the hay. The writing is fantastic. I could really feel myself in the story. The descriptions put you right in there so it’s like seeing it.

The girls are strong and independent. The males are strong take charge kind of me. It’s enough to you remember what true love is supposed to be like. How life is supposed to be.

I was given these books in exchange for

Cowboy Heat is a contemporary western that actually has two books of the series included. I personally love cowboy romances. To me, cowboys are the true romantic heroes in today's and yesteryear's society. If you're in the mood for smart, sexy, romantic cowboys then one click this one.

#1 New York Times, #1 USA Today, and #1 Wall Street Journal bestselling author Helen Hardt's passion for the written word began with the books her mother read to her at bedtime. She wrote her first story at age six and hasn’t stopped since.
