What can I say, I think I'm pretty geeky and I was quite a misfit during high school so I can relate with the 'geek chic' Lisa here. This book is fun and witty, with interactive pages such as field guide (a booklet attached on the page), lift the flap pages of geeky 'Barbie dolls', letter for later Lisa (on a paper folded neatly detachable from the page), cards & stickers! The jokes are naturally geeky and not overly annoyingly stereotypical. I love it.
For any young geek, nerd, dork, and other varieties of people - this little Lisa book says you can identify as anything you want! Be proud! You are no longer the outsiders or awkward, anti-social nobodies you were stereotyped as for so long. Knowledge is needed and accepted. Progress/Feminism is key. Geek Chic is in!
Cool, funny stuff for all geeks and sizes - the geek mythology. And for 'The Simpsons' fans, too.
It's great to be "weird". We activists may save the planet yet.
This book is fun 🤩! Featured stickers, posters, games, interactive attached booklets, and a lot of geek lessons plus the positive/good sides about being a geek. Geek is chic.
This is a really cute read. Well suited for fans of The Simpsons and for fans of anything geeky, as this was a great read for both. It was a particular joy as a girl geek.
