I got completely sucked in again and god what a cliffhanger but very interested in how things turn out in the next one.

This book is part 2 in the series, and just like the first part, Lacey Wolfe had completely engrossed in the characters. If you've read Part 1, and I hope you have, then you know that the author left us with one heck of a cliffhanger. The Temp part 2, picks up right from the end of part 1 and we (the readers and Alice) get an explanation. Dylan clears the air, so to speak.
Alice and Dylan continue with their little tyrst, only Alice makes it loud and clear, that she won't ever trust a man. To her, it can only be about the sex, but anyone whose read the book, knows that it's impossible not to fall in love with Dylan. He's sex on stick and if I was single, I'd definitely offer to take Alice's spot. The sex is intense and cigarette worthy. The chemistry between the two characters is sincere and genuine, and the storyline only keeps getting better. This book does end in a cliffhanger, bigger than the first part, so you might want get ready for that.
Write quickly Lacey....I need to read the third part STAT!

If you have read part 1 of this 3 part erotic thriller, you know that the attraction between Dylan and Alice can not be denied. In fact, in part 2, author Lacey Wolfe fans the flames.
Things get hotter each time you turn a page.
Certain secrets are revealed in part two. Will that clear the air or make things more difficult?
No matter what happens, Dylan and Alice find themselves getting closer, at least physically, and feeling a full range of emotions more deeply.
This story is not over yet. Part 3 promises to be explosive.
I received an advance copy of parts one and two. This rating is my honest opinion.
Things get hotter each time you turn a page.

Another fabulous installment to The Temp series. The chemistry between Alice and Dylan continues to burn. Alice keeps Dylan on his toes as she stays true to herself and doesn't just take what Dylan chooses to dish out. As much as their chemistry connects them, Alice keeps putting up barriers between them believing she isn't lovable. Some amazing moments when Alice finally opens up to Dylan but now Dylan is the one with the secret. AUGH! Perfectly crafted at the end to leave us wondering about the final part to their story. Come on part 3!

The Temp- Part 2
The second part of Lacey Wolfe's The Temp Series is all about unburying the truths between Alice and Dylan. Alice has enough trouble trusting any man, so when Dylan breaks down her walls, Alice feels like she can trust him with her past. Alice shares her haunted past with Dylan only to find out that there is a connection that brings their pasts to collide. This book ends with a cliffhanger that keeps you wondering how emotions will play out between the two. This is a great read.

Part two picks up right where book 1 leaves off. Alice and Dylan clear the air and Dylan wants to have a relationship with Alice. Alice has made it known that she just wants a fling because she’ll never trust a man. Dylan finally starts to make progress with getting Alice to trust me when we hit cliffhanger number 2… even bigger then the first cliffhanger. Can’t want for part 3!

I received an ARC of The Temp Part 2 by Lacey Wolfe in exchange for an honest review. There are 3 parts in this series and 1 and 2 end with cliffhangers and while part 3 is the conclusion. All must be read in order. After reading Part 1 and it ending with a cliffhanger, I was eager to begin Part 2 to see what would happen to the relationship between Dylan and Alice.
The attraction has only gotten hotter between Dylan and Alice with each page I read, the author makes that very clear. Alice is still very distrustful of men with good reason. With things going the way they are between them she finally succumbs and tells Dylan about her past. She has never done this before and feels very vulnerable about barring her emotions. Some secrets are revealed but are they going to draw them closer or tear them apart?? While this is an erotic romance there is a great story that evolves as you read each part that makes for a wonderful read.
Again, this part ends with another cliffhanger and I will not spoil it for you. You will need to read this amazing erotic romance from part 1 through part 3 and find out the answers for yourself
I look forward to The Temp Part 3, the conclusion eagerly. Lacey Wolfe does not disappoint in this book, I think the cliffhangers actually entice you to want to find out more about Dylan and Alice’s story. I give this one a 5 star rating as well.

At the end of part one we are left with Alice storming out when Dylan's ex-wife shows up. Of course, Felicia makes a comment stating that she is still his wife and Alice is so upset that she just cannot stay there. After Felicia finally leave, Dylan is distraught as what to do next after finding Alice gone. He wars with himself, an one hand he should let her walk away but on the other, he wants a relationship with her.
So what else is he to do but go crawling and groveling to Alice. Alice is skeptical at first, but as soon as she sees Dylan, her body's reaction to him is undeniable.
Although Alice is unsure about wanting a serious relationship, she is content to have a little fun. Dylan wants more, so he recommends her for the accounting position in the company.
Just as these two seem to be coming together for the long term, Dylan's secret comes out. Alice now must decide if Dylan is worth it.
I am loving this series. Part two is captivating from beginning to end. Just when you think you are getting to the happily ever after, Lacey pulls the carpet out from you. Dylan's secret makes Alice question everything about him. These two are perfect for each other, if they can just work through their differences. I can't wait to see how this is going to end in Part Three.

First of all I want to thank Lacey Wolfe for getting us a copy of this book so that we could bring you this review.
OK so after the cliffhanger that Lacey left us on after part 1 I was anxious for this book. I was crazy to find out what would happen next. Well without giving anything away at least she was able to explain things to us, give us why the comment was made and gave us the easy proper explanation for it all. With that said though I don't think Dylan learns his lesson on keeping things from Alice. He not only keeps another big secret from her, but also finds ways to find things about her behind her back. With all that said, I have to say that if you thought part 1 was full of smexy fun, part 2 not only has that but much more. And again Lacey finds a way to give this all to us in a very short read.
Now part 2 also leaves us in a cliffhanger, but I don't think its as bad as the first one. At least with this book I was a bit more prepared and ready for the cliffhanger that was to come. Now its time to wait for the third and final part and see if Alice and Dylan will be more than just a temporary situation.

This book leaves you hanging like the first one but like before having the box set prevents that. Another great quick read. Steamy as well. It was great seeing the characters develop more and their connection grow stronger. Can't wait to read the final installment to see how things turn out.

WOW, What a way to find out a hidden secret. Baring your soul can be heartbreaking after experiencing lustful bliss. On to part 3.
