Honestly this entire book is It's really bad and pointless and though I magically liked the first book, this one is just no.

Book 2 has Travis leaving Julianna in the hands of her owner, Nick. While things start off pretty well, Julianna soon awakens Nick's anger again and is subjected to his wrath. Seemingly discarded by Travis, the man she grew to care for, and tormented by Nick, the man who professes his love and devotion for her, Julianna is lost and broken.

Blyssful Lies brought me back to the messy triangle between Jules, Travis and the delusional psycho - Nick. This installment provide a few surprising turn of events that left me flabbergasted.

Nick, the head honcho of a high end sex trafficking ring and the one who stripped Jules away from her home is a delusional psycho as usual. By getting his POV this time, I'm even more convince that he is sick. His perception of reality is totally skewed beyond any help. I'm not sure whether to feel

If you have not read Blyss (book 1), yet- you’ll want to read it first.

I loved everything about this book, beginning with the cover. I think it is gorgeous. Just like Blyss, it is very exciting, fast paced and never boring. In fact, I’m warning you now-- don’t start this book if you don’t have a large chunk of time to read, because you won’t want to put it down. Treat yourself to some down time.

Make sure you read book one, Blyss, before you read this book as the story continues in book two.

I was captivated by book one which had me reading it in one day. Thankfully it was the holidays and the next day was spent reading book two. I seriously could not read this book fast enough. Gripped is an understatement for how I was feeling. Edge of the seat and heart thumping kinda read.

As much as I loved these two books I personally would have preferred to wait and read all three as I feel these
The Bliss Trilogy just continues to get better and better in Book 2, Blyssful Lies. The love triangle between Nick, Julianna and Travis is in full swing, and just when you think you know who will be victorious in winning Julianna over, yet another twist and turn occurs. I've just found a new favorite, dark romance trilogy, and I can't wait to see how it all ends in the yet to be titled last book of the trilogy which is presently scheduled to be released in April!

Julianna has a new plan on how to
This the second installment of the Blyss Trilogy. I could not wait to get my greedy hands on this book. This is a very addicting series. This book will give you an adrenaline rush. My heart was pumping a million miles a minute. Travis Jackson is temporary out of the town. Jules has to learn to handle Nick and that did not go over very well. Nick is very delusional and truly believes Jules is the perfect woman for him. It has great to view Nick's side of the story. Jules' world spins out of contr ...more

She did it again! J.C. Cliff has a way of ruining you until you have read the entire book. Just like Blyss, I read Blyssful Lies in one sitting! I could not put it down! Nick scared the shit out me...that crazy ass sociopath, Travis was HOT as ever, and I continued to root for Julianna once again. This is one hell of a ride and I could not get enough! J.C., I did not want it to end! There is so much more I want to tell you about this book but there are so many "oh shit!" moments that I don't wan ...more

I was given a copy of the book from the author for an honest review.

What the heck just happened??? I need the third book stat!!

Jules is still being held against her will and she no longer has Travis as her handler, she has Nick.

We get a small glimpse of who Nick is and his intentions for Jules. Nick genuinely has feelings for Jules and he's hoping with time that she can reciprocate those feelings. Jules has no recollection of meeting Nick prior to her capture, but Nick has had this plan for y

This book is a continuation of Blyss and it is freaking awesome. These books just get better and better. I highly recommend this series it's got it all love, romance to some degree, suspense, darkness, betrayals, and lots and lots of heat. You will not want to put this down once you start. I know I didn't. Nick is a serious basket case in a since you'll understand when you read it. He is also crazy, arrogant, brutal, horrible, cruel, and in his mind he's being romantic in all of this. The characters in this series have found there way deep into my heart and mind. I love Travis despite his unwillingness to tell Jules her truth. Nick - I'm certainly not on the team Nick side. I think he is a fantastic character and incredibly well written, but a nasty and manipulative man. Jules just g

This is the second installment in the Blyss series, and it has taken a new direction in its storyline. The first book took a while for me to get involved, but this one has drawn me in from the very beginning. It started out quickly, keeps the story moving throughout, and the ending has you wanting more…which you won’t get until book 3. Julianna has been in the hands of Nick and his co-conspirators for 2 weeks now, having been kidnapped from her home and pumped full of mind-altering sexual-enhanc ...more

Blyssful Lies picks right up where Blyss ended and continues on the roller coaster ride of lifetime.

Julianna (Jules) is still trying to cope with her situation and figuring out ways to deceive and fight through her captivity. She was able to handle her situation when she had Travis watching over her and training her. But now she has to deal with Nick and she has already seen the brutal side of him when she first arrived.

Just when Jules thinks things could not get any worse, she awake to be taken
ARC provided in exchange for honest review

Well this book picks up right where book one ends, and trust me when I say that you HAVE to read the first book in order to understand what's going in this part of the story. There is the added bonus of getting to read the story not only from Jules' and Travis' POV, but Nick's POV as well.

Travis is still pretty much an enigma, although we do learn a bit more about him and his back story, but Nick? Let's just say that Nick has some issues. He's portrayed

I was very kindly gifted a copy of Blyssful Lies to read and review.

Before you read this book make sure you’ve read the absolutely breath stealing Blyss. Not only will none of Blyssful Lies not make sense if you haven’t but it’s also such an amazing book that I urge everyone to give it a read and then dare them not to fall head over heels, crazy obsessive in love with this series. They are just that good.

If you have not read Blyss (Blyss Trilogy #1) by J.C. Cliff don’t read this review. I don’t put spoilers in my reviews but just in case. I want you to experience the entire ride from the very start. As soon as I finished Blyss there was no waiting to dive right into Blyssful Lies. The ending of Blyss was without question a big laugh fest for the author. I guarantee she was saying “gotcha” at the end knowing that the readers could not wait to dive into book 2. In Blyss we were introduced to the l ...more

I didn't believe that anything could top Blyss, book one The Blyss Trilogy, but JC Cliff has outdone herself with the second book in this amazing series. Blyssful Lies picks up exactly where Blyss left the reader hanging, and believe me I waited with baited breath for this next book. The reader is back in the cabin with Travis and Jules, wondering as we turn each page if Nick is hot on their tails. I know that I held my breath and hoped that he wouldn't because although Travis was part of the pl ...more

Blyssful Lies is the second book in the Blyss Trilogy. I thought the first book Blyss was amazing but damn if this didn't top it 100%! This is a trilogy so there will be another book so as you may have already figured out it ends in a cliffy.. a huge disturbingly frightening cliffy! Even though I never give a cliffy a 5 star there was no way I was not given this a huge 5 stars! Even though some might find this story quite disturbing I freaking loved every minute of it so far.. So, holy Frigging WOW! I thought I had a grip on what the hell was going on in the Blyss world, but nope, JC pimp slapped me with Blyssful Lies - BANG, BAM, in YOUR Face Shera, lol. Blyssful Lies just blew my little perfect bubble world apart! (Of Course, Travis remains in my bubble)

I seriously thought I hated Nick, like he was just not redeemable in my eyes at all. But then this sadistic bastard has a sweet and loving side? It is almost like he is tormented. So I willingly put myself into the S

Knowing she's been abandoned by Travis, Julianna's only plan is to survive whatever Nick has in store for her until she can find a way to escape. His volatile personality has her walking on egg shells every moment she's in his presence. While he treats her like a princess to start with, he soon discovers she has fooled him and her acting skills can no longer cover her betrayal. She quickly learns that gentle, kind Nick is gone and heartless, savage Nick has returned. Refusing to be brok
This is the sequel to BLYSSFUL. The series needs to be read in order.
The story leads off where Blyssful stopped. We start with Nick’s POV. The book is written in three different POVs. I would have preferred if it was written in just two POVs Nick’s and Julianna’s. I loved how the book started with Nick’s POV. Nick is just Nick. He is not a good person. He is not a savior. He is manipulative and evil, but I loved reading his thought process about what he was doing. You never know what Nick is goi

This books was absolutely amazing!!!

I wasn't expecting anything that went down in the beginning with Travis and Jules. I thought since she finally gave Nick what he wanted Travis would flip a lid and continue his charade with Jules of trying to hide his feelings. But what actually happened was mind blowing!!!

By far this was an amazing book I definitely recommend this book if your into not so romantic, with kidnapping, high sexual content, BDSM, and feeling in extreme blyss throughout your readin

Just when you think you know what is going on, the "blyssful" world you have come to know is turned upside down once again.

We are introduced to a side of Nick that is rather unexpected. Who knew that someone so sadistic could have such an amazingly sweet and loving side? He is practically the reason Stockholm Syndrome exists. We also get to see more of Travis that was only hinted at in the first book. However, it is such a surprise that even Travis shocks himself. Poor Julianna is lost and has

Book 2 takes where book 1 left off which just puts you bacon the ride. It was interesting to learn more about Travis and his background. I just felt this book had a lot of conversations and planning. The relationship between Jules and Travis was good but due to the circumstances of the story I was more annoyed at the dynamics tan rooting for them to be together.
I felt like as the. Story kept moving forward I was moving further down this rabbit hole.

I received an ARC for an honest review and Holy Hell this book is freaking awesome!!

You have to read the first book Blyss for this one to make sense. This series is now on my list of top 10 books!! This book is written in 2 POV's and there's a third POV thrown in a couple times, which I LOVE!! I like reading what is going on in Nick's head! I think there should be a book with just him, so we know what's been going on with him since he first saw Jules!!

I cannot wait for the 3rd book, this book
